Round 2-5
Seong-hyeon let out a low, broken groan and slowly rose from the floor, his legs trembling beneath him.
“Hyung, are you okay? Do you want some water?”
“...Yeah.”
He gulped down the cool liquid as if it were the last thing on earth. The pain had been unbearable, yet somewhere between the agony and the present moment, his memories had simply... vanished.
“Ah, thanks. Wait, my voice...”
Seong-hyeon kept trying, startled. He cleared his throat, then spoke again. The tone that came out was higher, softer, undeniably different.
“Hyung, the voice isn’t the problem right now.”
“Th-Then...?”
“Hyung, you’ve changed so much.”
He looked down at his own body. Between the sheer fabric of his shirt, a black lace bra clung to his chest. Beneath it, two small, firm breasts pressed against the material with unmistakable presence.
“W-What... what happened to me...?”
He bolted toward the nearest bathroom, heart hammering. The mirror there showed a stranger.
The short hair he used to keep was now longer, just enough to brush his shoulders. It looked neat, almost elegant—no messy spikes, no stubble, no beard shadow. A clean female bob cut.
His face had changed too. Eyes larger, nose more refined. The jawline softer, the forehead rounded, the hairline gentler. A few awkward spots remained, but overall... it was unmistakably feminine.
The neck was still passable, but below the collarbone, everything else screamed woman.
His chest...
He had seen it wrong earlier. The bra cups that had been empty were now full, creating a delicate valley between his small breasts. He reached up and touched them. They were soft yet solid, A-cup at most, nothing like the male body he had worn. His nipples had grown sensitive, sensitive enough to send an unwelcome shiver through him.
His height had dropped to the low 160s, and his broad shoulders had narrowed to fit a small size. His waist was slimmer, hips wider, giving him a pronounced curve that made him look unmistakably female.
He wasn’t the kind of body that drew stares in a crowd, but no one would mistake him for a man. Not even for a second.
Seong-hyeon shuffled back to the board and stared at the glowing screen.
There it was, written in cold, merciless text:
- Mission Failed! - Failure Reason: Excessive Sexual Arousal - Existing Points Increased. - Additional Penalty Applied. - Feminization +2, Fashion Sense +2, Player 1’s Dominance +3, Player 3’s Dominance +2 - Player 1’s Dominance has reached its maximum. - Player 4 is now Player 1’s Pet. - Round 2 has ended. Good work, everyone. - Round 3 will begin shortly. - When ready, please press the Start button on the screen.
The price of failure had been far harsher than he expected.
Points had gone up, but the additional lines made his stomach twist.
Pet...? A pet?
A red collar suddenly appeared around his neck, tightening with a faint electric tingle. From it, a long leash stretched toward Dae-yeon’s hand.
“What the hell is this? You turned me into your little pet now?”
Dae-yeon’s face came into view and fresh rage surged through him.
“Shut up, you bastard. You said you’d help and then you turned me into a walking sex toy—ow!”
Dae-yeon yanked the leash.
Seong-hyeon stumbled forward, dragged across the floor like a pet on a leash.
“Shh. Close your mouth.”
“...!”
“You don’t talk like that to a lady.”
The moment Dae-yeon gave the order, Seong-hyeon’s lips locked shut. He wanted to scream every curse he knew, but not a single word could come out.
“Sit like a dog and stay still.”
He spread his legs and squatted, mirroring the position exactly. Dae-yeon placed a hand on his shoulder and pushed him down until his face was level with the other player’s crotch. The skirt rode up, revealing lace panties, and the folded arms pressed his small breasts together, accentuating every curve.
It was humiliating beyond belief.
But Seong-hyeon had no choice but to obey.
He felt an overwhelming hatred for the person in front of him and an equally powerful compulsion to do exactly as he was told. It was nothing like the tired resignation he once felt toward a superior he despised. That kind of annoyance had an end date—clocking out at five. This... this had no exit.
He wanted to move. He wanted to kill that bastard.
But he couldn’t. He had to obey Dae-yeon’s words.
It felt like he was losing his mind.
“Aw, so cute. Oh? Someone added a name tag?”
- The owner may rename their Pet.
“Hey, Seong-hyeon. Dae-yeon said I can give you a new name. What kind of name do you want?”
Dae-yeon asked with a playful smirk, completely oblivious to the storm inside the other player.
Seong-hyeon couldn’t answer. It was a nightmare. An endless, waking nightmare.
“Let me see... Ah, perfect. Yeon-hee. From now on, your name is Song Yeon-hee.”
A soft light glowed from the leash as the name appeared on the collar.
Seong-hyeon’s chest sank like a stone.
“Ugh... waaah...!”
“Why, my little puppy? Do you like the name? Tell me.”
“Th-That name... no way! Hyung, please, you know who I am!”
“Why do you hate it? It’s been ages and you’re greeting me like this. I’m happy though.”
Song Yeon-hee was the name Seong-hyeon had wanted most to forget.
The senior from the board-game club who had been the same age as him after repeating a year. The person who had brought him both overwhelming happiness and hellish despair.
They had started dating during his military service. Seong-hyeon had called her the moment his leave began. No particular reason. They had simply been friendly senior-junior colleagues, and she had joked that she’d call if she happened to be in Seoul.
She had been bored that weekend too. The promise was made.
That night they slept together.
It had been thrilling and enjoyable. Their relationship became a ritual—every time Seong-hyeon returned from leave, they would meet. The last time, Yeon-hee had asked him something serious.
“Wanna, what are we actually?”
“Um... should we date?”
It had started casually, almost recklessly. But they had dated with genuine passion.
They lost track of time. When they were together, nothing else in the world mattered.
Sometimes they wanted to go to the club together, but Yeon-hee had refused. There was someone she didn’t want to see there. Seong-hyeon hadn’t cared.
After discharge, while she was already working, she helped him with his job hunt. When he finally got the position, she had been happier than anyone.
“I wanted to work at the same company as you.”
“That company’s really good. You’re going to be so busy, aren’t you?”
She was always the one to cook for him when he asked. Every month she sent him nutritional supplements. She had been so thoughtful.
Three years into their relationship, Seong-hyeon had planned to propose. He wrote her a long love letter and ordered a bouquet of her favorite flowers.
On his way to the department store, he saw her leaving a large maternity hospital with a young man he had never seen before. She got into the man’s car and disappeared.
Seong-hyeon told himself it was a misunderstanding. But the feeling wouldn’t leave. He had to ask her.
She apologized. She said she had fallen for someone else at the company. Her direct boss. The feelings had developed some time ago.
And... whether he intended it or not, she was pregnant.
Three years of love ended in a single day. After that, Seong-hyeon had lived like a complete wreck.
His parents had both died when he was young, and Yeon-hee had been the first person he had been able to rely on. The person he trusted most had betrayed him.
He stopped wanting to share feelings with anyone. He stopped wanting to be around people at all. He just went to work and went home.
His colleagues said he had acted like a robot back then.
It was in the middle of that miserable hell that Dae-yeon contacted him. “Min-jeong and Geon-woo are hanging out these days. You should join us.”
Song Yeon-hee had been that kind of person to Seong-hyeon. A past that he never wanted to remember.
One night when he had been drinking heavily, he had told his friends about the relationship. He never imagined the price would be this.
“I... I’m not Yeon-hee...”
- Player 4’s lie has been verified. - Penalty Applied: Forced gender identity change. From now on, the player will be referred to with female pronouns by all opponents. - Accumulated Penalty: 2
“Look at that. Even the game lies. Now you can’t even be called a man.”
He couldn’t remember his own name no matter how hard he tried. It felt as distant as the plot of a book he had read years ago.
Even his wallet ID had already been changed to Song Yeon-hee, and every online account he checked was the same. The name that had once been his was gone from the world.
From this moment on, he was Song Yeon-hee.
“You’re Song Yeon-hee, right?”
Yeon-hee had no choice but to nod with a face full of despair.
