Rift Town had not been primitive, but she remembered investigating with her device and learning it was not particularly developed by planetary standards. Su-a, who had always wondered what a place wielding the advanced technology of the central universe would look like, felt especially moved since this was her first visit to Ayora on Pantera. After moving through the tree and taking an elevator that moved like a living organism rather than a machine, the group reached the chairman’s location. Following Erill inside, they finally came face to face with Lichao, the highest authority on Pantera.
