The Sex Lucky Guy
The phone buzzed. It kept buzzing. The roads were completely jammed, so we were crawling along anyway. I gave up paying attention to driving and started scanning the women passing by with a sly, predatory glint in my eyes.
“M…M…Min…Minjun!!”
When my gaze wandered over to the sexy girls walking down the street, Yeonju started fidgeting like the house was on fire and spoke up.
It was like I’d cast a fishing line and gotten a bite immediately. That was only natural. Whenever she was with me, Yeonju’s eyes never left my face. It would’ve been strange if she hadn’t noticed where and how I was looking.
“Ah, you startled me. What’s wrong?”
“Do we… do we really have to drink here? Let’s go somewhere else… somewhere else, okay?”
“There’s a place I scoped out that I wanted to go to with you, Yeonju. It’s supposed to be really hot right now. Just wait a little, Yeonju.”
“Ugh… ugh… b-but…”
I could hear Yeonju babbling something, but I lightly ignored it and slipped back into the role of a young, lecherous punk cruising in a sports car, openly staring at every woman’s legs that went by.
“Wow……”
“Auu… auuu… M-Minjun…”
“Hmm? What is it, Yeonju?”
“Ugh… Minjun… is the place still far? We… we haven’t arrived yet?”
“We still have a bit to go. We’re almost there. It won’t take long.”
I felt a little sorry for Yeonju, but the truth was there had never been any specific place planned. I was simply driving leisurely toward areas where I knew there would be plenty of scantily clad older women.
Funny enough, as I kept driving that way, genuinely trendy bars started popping up.
“Ah, there it is.”
There was a bar that looked just right. I steered the car toward the bar’s parking lot.
It had a ground-level parking area and entrance on the first floor. The line of people waiting had an absurd number of provocatively dressed women. This place seemed perfect for snapping Yeonju’s patience in half.
Vroooom—!
The violent roar of the exhaust drew every eye in the line at once.
‘Their fashion sense is just too perfect…’
I scanned each of the women who were looking my way, one by one. Not a single pair of pants in sight. Every last one wore either a miniskirt or a mini dress so short it was a miracle their panties weren’t showing. Actually… some of them might have been.
“Th-th-th-th… M-Minjun… Minjun!!”
“Just a second, Yeonju. Let me park first.”
I completely ignored Yeonju, who was thrashing around like a puppy with its tail on fire, parked the car, and got out. Then I walked around to the passenger side, opened the door, but Yeonju didn’t look like she had any intention of getting out.
“What’s wrong, Yeonju?”
“Ughhh… this place… the vibe here is kind of… off? It doesn’t feel right. How about… how about we go to a different bar?”
Even as she spoke to me, Yeonju was gripping the car seat with both hands. I could see a stubborn determination in her eyes—she was dead set on not setting foot inside this bar.
But no matter how stubborn Yeonju tried to be, she was still just Yeonju. There was no way a girl whose combat ability basically converged on zero could win against me, especially after I’d been fully immersed in trash behavior lately.
“That’s too bad, Yeonju.”
“Huh…?”
“I really wanted to come here with you… sigh… guess we have no choice. Let’s go somewhere el—”
“N-no!! No!! Let’s go!! I want to go!! Let’s go here!!”
“Really? I thought you didn’t like it?”
“Th-that’s not it! I… I said it wrong!”
I smiled brightly and held out my hand so Yeonju could get out of the car. As if she had never been clutching the seat for dear life, she quickly grabbed my hand and hopped out.
I kept holding her hand and walked with her to the very back of the line. Right in front of us stood two boldly dressed beauties.
One wore a black dress with a deep U-shaped cutout in the back—so wide and low that her shoulder blades and most of her spine were completely exposed. The other had on shorts so short you could see the underside of her ass, paired with a daring crop top that revealed everything from her waist to her ribs.
When I looked at them, the girls in front must have been secretly paying attention to me too, because they kept glancing back.
“Uuuu… M-Minjun!!”
Suddenly, Yeonju threw herself into my arms. It was a cute, desperate display of aegyo begging me to only look at her. But today, I couldn’t indulge her.
Even while hugging Yeonju, I exchanged subtle, heated glances with the scantily clad girls ahead. Despite seeing me holding another woman, they didn’t avoid my eyes. Instead, they stared back with burning seduction.
‘Look at these shameless bitches. Sending me eyes like that in a situation like this?’
I was genuinely stunned by their insane reactions. I might be using a skill, but these women were real. Even though I was clearly embracing Yeonju, they were genuinely trying to seduce me.
‘Is this… the power of the Sex Lucky Guy?’
It was an indescribable, strange feeling. The same thing had happened with Hyemi, whom I’d met at the department store and immediately fucked senseless. Unreal events were becoming everyday occurrences—and always in the direction of sex.
“Minjun… Minjun…”
“…”
“Uuu… auu… M-Minjun… p-please look at me…”
“…”
“I-I’m right here… Minjun… I’m… here… hic… ugh… ugh…”
“Ah, sorry, Yeonju. Don’t cry.”
“B-but Minjun… ugh… Minjuuun… huuaang…”
I had been lost in thought about the Sex Lucky Guy title, and it seemed Yeonju had completely misunderstood.
‘I did bring her here to make her misunderstand… but it’s not time for her to cry yet.’
I might make her cry before the night was over, but not yet. The core of tonight’s plan was to watch how a completely wasted and disheveled Yeonju would release the extreme stress she had built up all day because of me. If she started crying now, it would ruin everything.
Pat. Pat.
To stop her tears, I gently patted Yeonju’s slender back. But she must have been truly shocked this time—she couldn’t calm down easily. I could feel her delicate body trembling violently in my arms.
With no other choice, I activated the Hand of God—specifically the gentle version—and continued stroking her back. Calming her down and getting her inside for drinks was more important than the stress itself.
“Ugh… huup… uuu…”
“Feeling a little better now?”
“Uuu… yes… thank you… Minjun…”
“I got distracted thinking about something earlier and couldn’t pay attention to you. I’m sorry.”
“Wh-what… were you… thinking about…? Can I… ask…?”
Yeonju’s eyes were shaking wildly as she asked. She was extremely anxious about what might come out of my mouth, yet so curious about what had made me zone out that she couldn’t hold back.
I looked down at her, gave her a faint, wistful smile, and said,
“I was just thinking about my mom. Holding your hand reminded me for a moment of when I used to hold my mom’s hand when I was little.”
“Ah…”
“I think about it sometimes. She passed away, you know.”
“Ah… ah… I-I-I’m… I’m so sorry…! I’m sorry, Minjun!”
“It’s okay. It was a long time ago… Oh, it’s our turn. Shall we go in?”
“Yes!! Let’s go! Hurry inside!”
Using the dead-mom card once, I safely navigated the crisis and entered the bar. I was a terrible son, but it didn’t matter. The reason I’d grown up like this was because my mother had abandoned me when I was young. My severe affection deficiency and obsessive need to dominate women were all part of the snowball that started rolling the day she left me.
“Table for two?”
“Yes.”
“I’ll show you to your table~”
We followed the employee through the crowded space. The table they led us to was a bit cramped even for two people, and the gap to the next table was practically nonexistent. It was basically like we were sitting together with the people beside us.
And of course, the customers at the next table were the same scantily clad girls from earlier.
The moment I sat down, the two women started whispering to each other and giggling lewdly. They completely ignored Yeonju and sent me extremely blatant, hungry looks. They looked like they would immediately nod if I crudely asked, ‘Want to go to the bathroom and fuck real quick?’ That’s how obvious they were.
But I ignored their gazes and focused entirely on Yeonju. The half-naked girls were necessary to stress her out, but it wasn’t time yet.
‘Read the room, you shameless bitches. What am I supposed to do with them?’
If I gave even the slightest response to their advances, Yeonju would burst into tears right then and there. I didn’t want to see her cry because she didn’t know what to do. Even if she was going to sob her heart out, it had to happen after she was drunk. I needed to see whether a completely hammered Yeonju would simply cry to release her pent-up feelings or take some other kind of action. But these girls were in such a hurry they only knew how to charge straight ahead.
“Yeonju, what do you want to drink?”
“Ah… I’ll have… whatever you’re having, Minjun…”
“Got it.”
Ding-dong. Ding-ding-dong.
I rang the bell and the server came over. I ordered a variety of snacks and a bottle of soju. Soon, dishes began arriving one by one on the table.
I poured soju into a glass and handed it to Yeonju. Her expression as she carefully accepted it wasn’t good. She sniffed the glass, then frowned. It was obvious she had never drunk soju before.
But I pretended not to notice and filled my own glass, then held it out to her. It was a semi-forced toast. Yeonju’s hands were shaking, but she still clinked her glass against mine.
Clink—
After the toast, I downed the soju without hesitation. Yeonju, caught up in the mood, emptied her glass in one go as well.
“Krrgh~”
“Huuu…”
“…Yeonju, you drink pretty well, huh?”
“Eh…? Y-yes… I guess so. It tastes… like really bad water…”
Contrary to her character, Yeonju seemed to handle alcohol quite well. She had just taken a full shot of soju and didn’t look bothered at all.
But I wasn’t worried. I hated drinking, but I could hold my liquor. I’d always had a strong tolerance—two bottles of soju was nothing for me. After my body enhancement, my liver had become even stronger, so I couldn’t even easily measure how many bottles would be my limit now.
Even when I drank a lot with Mihyeon at the pocha, I hadn’t felt even slightly tipsy.
Clink— Clink— Clink—
We kept toasting nonstop. At first I was the one initiating, but after we’d gone through about a bottle each, Yeonju started clinking her glass against mine first.
It seemed her limit was around one bottle of soju. For a small-bodied woman, that was actually quite a lot.
“Hehe. This is sweet. Minjuuun. The more I drink, the tastier it gets.”
“Really?”
Yeonju’s cheeks were flushed bright red. It almost perfectly matched the red dress she was wearing.
‘How is it that she speaks better when she’s drunk?’
The interesting thing was that the more alcohol entered her system, the less she stuttered. It seemed the drunker Yeonju got, the bolder and braver she became.
‘Well, that works for me. It’ll be easier to read what she’s really thinking. Shall we start the interrogation?’
I waited for the right moment and asked.
I needed to verify the truth of what Jeonghye had told me.
“Yeonju. Tell me about your father.”
“My dad?”
“Yeah. You two seem to get along well.”
“Hmm… we do get along, but… he’s away a lot, so I get lonely during those times… Ah! But now I have you, Minjun, so it’s fine. I’m happy. Hehe.”
“Then what about your mother? Last time I overheard you on the phone… honestly, it didn’t sound like you two had a good relationship.”
“Mom? I like her! She’s scary most of the time, but sometimes she’s nice. When she’s with Dad! It seems like Mom only likes Dad and hates me… but I still like her. She’s my mom! Hehe.”
“Hmm…”
As I listened to Yeonju, I let out a heavy sigh. My head was pounding like crazy. The story I’d heard from Jeonghye and the one I was hearing directly from Yeonju were completely different. They didn’t overlap at all—they were total opposites.
‘What the hell…? Which one is true?’
It was confusing, but no matter which story was the truth, one thing was certain: the mastermind behind this incident was an absurdly terrible villain.
‘The ones in conflict are Yeonju and her stepmother… so one of them must be the villain…’
