Animal Cafe (1)
I'm tired. That was the thought that struck me as I stepped out of the ryokan—no, the motel.
"Ugh…! Spending two nights and three days holed up playing in a motel… unbelievable."
As we left the motel, Yoo Yeonhui stretched with a big yawn and muttered under her breath. She probably thought we'd spent the entire Saturday cooped up inside.
"It was good, though."
"Yeah… and I got to know Unnie Seoyoon too…."
Memories stick around inside, huh? I wondered how she'd remember everything from the ryokan. The mixed bathing, the food we'd eaten—how exactly would it all register in her mind? She wasn't reacting strongly, so it seemed like normal memories had overwritten them, but I was dying to know the details.
"The food was delicious too."
"Right? That sushi from dinner last night was great."
Yesterday's sushi. The dinner where I'd been the plate.
"The plate was kinda unique, wasn't it?"
"Plate? Was it?"
Nyotaimori. Guess the memory of no food on a male body had vanished.
"Nah, must've been my imagination."
"But Ihyeon, why are you still talking casual?"
"Wasn't it until today?"
We'd definitely agreed to drop the formalities through the weekend.
"We're about to split up, so back to normal."
"Yessir, Team Leader Yoo."
"Then I'm heading home. What about you, Ihyeon?"
What to do? Going straight home sounded ideal.
"Gonna chill at a cafe first, then home."
From Friday straight through Saturday, nonstop drinking. The hangover wasn't brutal, but hopping on the subway or a taxi right now felt like it'd make me hurl.
"See you at the office tomorrow then, Ihyeon."
"Yeah. Get home safe."
A taxi pulled up out front—god knows when she'd called it—and Yoo Yeonhui hopped in. A man and woman in suits emerging from a motel on a Sunday morning. I wondered what the driver was thinking.
Lost in those dumb thoughts as I watched the taxi pull away, a voice called from behind me.
"Yeonhui head out first?"
It was Joo Seoyoon.
"You left early?"
Didn't she say checkout was tomorrow?
"Planning to hang out outside today. Kinda wild how we killed so much time inside yesterday."
"What'd we even do in there yesterday?"
"Huh? What we did… uh… games?"
"What kinda games?"
"Hmm… no clue? Drank too much yesterday? Memory's fuzzy."
I probed about the motel happenings just in case, but Joo Seoyoon remembered zilch.
So memories aren't tweaked or fabricated separately—they're just erased. And no questions or doubts about the gaps, either.
"Nice."
"What is?"
"Wanna hit a cafe together? Hangover's killing me; need some coffee."
"Coffee's no good for hangovers. Sweet drinks are better."
"Then gotta get a sweet latte at the cafe."
"What's that supposed to mean."
"So, wanna?"
"Know a spot?"
"Just pick one in sight. You one of those Starbucks-only girls?"
"No, nothing like that."
Good. I'd just checked—Starbucks was a decent hike away. Dragging this hungover body that far? No thanks.
"Any decent cafes nearby?"
"Oh, look—there's an animal cafe."
"For real? I love animals."
Perfect news. Date excuse locked in.
Oh, right—one more thing to ask.
"Noona, that whole… husband, marriage thing…."
"Huh? Oh, hubby's fine. He's not the type to nag about me hanging with friends."
So she really is married. The ring on her left ring finger made it obvious, but still.
"Then let's go—it's right next door."
"Yeah! What animals you into, Ihyeon?"
"Me… dogs?"
"Dog person, huh. I'm a cat girl. Oh! I like the others too!"
"Cats are cool too, but dogs edge 'em out."
Honestly, cats were too damn independent for my taste. Had nothing to do with my ex keeping one as a pet.
"There it is."
"Whoa~ so cute."
The animal cafe screamed its identity from the outside. Animal murals and signs everywhere—impossible to miss.
"Wanna head in?"
"Yeah! Can't wait to meet 'em."
Joo Seoyoon was buzzing with excitement. Same here.
Wonder what concept's waiting this time.
The motel had flipped into a full-on Japanese ryokan outta nowhere—total mindfuck. What world was this one gonna drop us into?
"Ihyeon, you seriously gonna drink coffee?"
"Why?"
"Bad for a hangover. Hurts the body."
"Aw, you worried?"
"Duh."
She was too damn sweet. Here she was fretting over a guy whose only plan was to fuck the married noona senseless.
"I'll buy, so no coffee!"
"Then what?"
"They got fruit drinks."
"Guess I got no choice."
How do you say no to that? With hands on her hips, scolding me like a big sis, I just nodded and pushed open the cafe door.
"After you."
"Thanks."
"No biggie."
Alright, let's see what kinda world this is.
I followed her inside.
"Welcome!"
No animals. Well, not none, but not the usual suspects.
"Ihyeon, let's change quick—what're you picking?"
"Huh?"
Change? So all that was clothes and accessories?
I double-checked the staff welcoming us. Animal ears perched on their heads. Tails sprouting from under their skirts.
"Anything uncomfortable?"
"N-no, all good."
Not fake, though.
While I stood there dithering without changing, a staffer approached with a concerned look. Her ears perked right up, and that plump tail swished—definitely real.
"Ihyeon, what's up? Nothing you like?"
"Nah, it's not… this one's fine."
"Cute doggy."
The outfit Joo Seoyoon suggested for changing into? Onesie pajamas. Full-body hoodies with animal faces on 'em.
"I'll go first."
No way a customer changing room existed, so she stripped right there at the entrance like it was nothing.
Body I'd seen nonstop since Friday, but damn if it didn't still get me going.
Erection cool?
No real worry. I'd popped one during ping-pong from those jiggling tits, and neither she nor Yoo Yeonhui batted an eye.
With the common sense shifted, erections probably meant jack shit.
"Ah…."
Or not?
She'd clocked my boner and subtly shifted position, pretending to dress while blocking the view from other people.
"……Hurry up and change."
"Yup."
Not normal after all—a little embarrassing, but whatever. Way hornier stuff was coming soon anyway.
Bending down to change brought us close, like doggy-style setup.
Ryokan shampoo? Her hair wafted a sweet scent that rushed more blood south, stiffening my dick rock-hard.
The upright shaft poked right into the soft give of her ass—the one that'd been shielding me.
"Eep!"
"Sorry."
"I-it's fine, just… hurry."
Quick glance: her ears looked a tad pink.
After all the sucking, fucking, and pounding we'd done, she was embarrassed?
Pity she forgot.
Wait—no, we'd gone from street to building, so maybe memories reset.
Worth checking.
"Noona, what'd we have for dinner last night?"
"Huh? Sushi and…."
She trailed off for a sec, then the answer I wanted slipped out.
"Ihyeon's dick."
"Ah, right."
"I hogged the dick all to myself, though."
"I'm good."
The idea of me eating my own dick? Horrifying.
"Glad to hear it—sorry for Yeonhui, though."
"Yeah?"
"Yup. It was tasty."
Dick was tasty.
"What'd it taste like?"
"Taste? Hmm… big and firm—felt good."
Big and firm ain't a 'taste.'
And 'feels good' flavor? That's drugs talking.
While grilling her on the memory shifts, we'd both finished changing. Right on cue, a staffer came to guide us.
"This way, please. Woof."
"Sure."
"……."
"……."
I answered the staffer's direction, but for some reason, both she and Joo Seoyoon just stared at me in silence.
"……Woof?"
"This way. Woof!"
Gotta add the animal noise.
No clue if it was just for staff or everyone.
"Menu right up. Woof!"
"No other animals?"
"……."
"Woof."
Even muttering to myself needed the sound. Brutal.
Keep it internal from now on.
"We got others! Woof! Sending a different animal over. Woof!"
The peppy staffer vanished in a flash. Moments later, a new girl with a totally different vibe approached and handed over the menu.
"What're you getting?"
"Huh?"
No animal noise from her.
