A Chance Encounter with Yuncheol's Mom
“Minwoo, where should we go eat?”
Gangbyeon Park had no shortage of food. People flocked there for walks and drives, and cycling clubs turned out in force as well. Food stalls lined the park’s edges as a result.
We stepped outside and walked for a while, letting the breeze wash over us. Myeong-hui linked her arm through mine as we went. To any passerby we would have looked like nothing more than a mother and son out for a stroll. That was why she felt free to pull my arm tight against her without a second thought. The only real danger was running into friends or acquaintances who actually knew us.
“Oh, Minwoo—I want that ramen.”
“Sounds good. Park ramen’s always solid. Want a hot bar too?”
“Yes, yes. I want a hot bar.”
Myeong-hui was as giddy as a child, practically bouncing with excitement. Age aside, the way she carried herself made us look like any other couple—a guy spoiling his cute younger girlfriend. Right then she wasn’t a woman dating her son’s friend twenty years her junior; she was simply a girlfriend cooing over the man she loved.
“Anything else our Myeong-hui wants?”
“Mm-hmm. I wanna eat tteokbokki too.”
When I spoke to her the way I would a cute girlfriend, she played along, answering in that soft, babyish voice. We ordered a mountain of food—ramen, sausages, tteokbokki—enough for leftovers even between the two of us.
We were right in the middle of our riverside date when someone called out from behind.
“Oh my, Jaehun’s mom! Running into you again? Haha.”
I turned mid-bite of ramen and saw Yuncheol’s mother—the same woman we’d bumped into in the hotel underground parking garage not long ago—walking straight toward us. That woman had a real talent for catching us off guard.
“Yuncheol’s mom, what brings you here?” Myeong-hui asked, clearly flustered.
“What else? I’m on a date.”
A handsome younger man walked arm-in-arm with her. Different guy from last time. Had she broken up and gotten back together, or was this someone new entirely? I couldn’t help wondering.
“Ah—we’re here on a date too,” Myeong-hui said, hastily setting down her ramen.
“That’s the handsome young man from before, isn’t it? Hello.”
Yuncheol’s mom wore a short dress and sheer black stockings; her legs looked incredibly sexy.
“Ah, yes—hello,” I answered.
“Are you going to introduce him properly this time?” She fixed me with a steady look and gave my arm a little poke.
“Ah—yes. I’m Kang Minwoo.”
She didn’t know my face, so giving my name seemed harmless enough. That turned out to be a miscalculation.
“Oh my? One of my son’s friends is named Minwoo too. Same name. Haha.”
“Ah… yes. I see.”
I was rattled. She knew the name. I’d never even been to Yuncheol’s place; the guy must have mentioned me now and then. Beside me, Myeong-hui’s lips parted slightly in the same mild shock.
“This is my boyfriend, Park Hyeon-tae. And I’m Choi Hui-jin.”
“Hello…”
“Mind if we join you? We were just looking for something to eat ourselves.”
“Oh, of course. We’ve got plenty of food—grab a chair and sit with us,” Myeong-hui said, gesturing at the table.
Yuncheol’s mom’s boyfriend dragged a chair over from the next table and pushed it up against ours.
“Oh my, Hyeon-tae, you’re so strong. Haha.”
“Yeah? I can put some muscle into it. Haha.”
Hui-jin and this Hyeon-tae guy were perfectly in sync. Calling someone strong just for lifting a chair—and him happily playing along. The four of us settled around the table together.
“We ran into each other last time, and now again by chance—it’s really something,” Yuncheol’s mom said, smiling so hard the corners of her eyes crinkled with genuine pleasure. She and Myeong-hui sometimes shared a drink, so the warmth made sense.
The four of us traded light conversation and jokes. One person would speak, another would chime in, and before long every trace of awkwardness had vanished. People kept walking past, but the talk never broke.
“When you two get together, how many times do you go?” Hui-jin asked, eyes bright with curiosity as she looked back and forth between us.
“Yuncheol’s mom, what kind of question is that? Haha.” Myeong-hui fidgeted with her chopsticks, looking embarrassed.
“Fine, I’ll go first. We do it about twice.” Hui-jin rested a hand on her boyfriend’s shoulder, looking rather proud.
Something about that made me not want to lose.
I put my hand on Myeong-hui’s shoulder and answered, “We go three or four times.”
It was true. Counting how many times I came, we’d even hit five.
“Oh my, oh my—Jaehun’s mom, you’re so lucky. I’m so jealous.” Yuncheol’s mom clasped her hands to her cheeks and leaned forward.
“Oh, stop. Nothing to be jealous about. Haha.” Myeong-hui gave a little shrug and a smile, the corners of her eyes lifting as she shot me a quick wink.
Suddenly my left knee felt warm. I glanced down and found Yuncheol’s mom’s hand resting there—I had no idea when she’d put it there. The outdoor noise and bustle had kept me from noticing. She’d probably set it down naturally while talking.
I was still deciding whether to lift my leg and free myself when her behavior grew bolder. Whenever something funny came up she would rock in her chair with exaggerated laughter, and under cover of the reaction her hand climbed higher up my thigh. Then, little by little, her fingers pressed in and began to knead.
I glanced sideways. Her boyfriend seemed aware of me. He kept sneaking looks as Yuncheol’s mom occasionally rubbed or even lightly slapped my thigh. So why wasn’t he doing anything about it? Was he her pet? I’d heard of rich older women who kept younger men like pets, buying them designer clothes and shoes… and the men never said a word no matter what the woman did. Was this that?
I pretended I needed the restroom and lifted her hand off my thigh.
“Jaehun’s mom, the four of us should grab drinks sometime.”
“Sure, that’s easy enough. I’ll set something up soon.”
“Minwoo-ssi, do you know how to play poker?”
“Poker? Yeah, I play with friends now and then.”
“Perfect. Next time we drink we can play poker too. Sounds fun.”
Myeong-hui and Yuncheol’s mom lived close by and were the same age; they sometimes played poker for fun over daytime drinks. A faintly charged feeling settled over me. Couples drinking and playing poker together could easily slide into a certain atmosphere. After the threesome with my younger aunt not long ago, it didn’t feel entirely out of the question.
Our chatter stretched on until the park’s streetlights came on. The talk wasn’t especially thrilling, yet it wasn’t dull either. Hui-jin had an extremely lively personality—she had a gift for putting people at ease. The mood had long since left awkwardness behind and felt almost like hanging out with friends.
“Oh my, look at the time. We still have our date. Jaehun’s mom, we’ll head out first.”
“Ah, yes. It’s already dark.”
“See you next time. Minwoo-ssi—we definitely have to meet again.”
Hui-jin and her boyfriend left in a hurry. They’d said they still had a date left; probably they planned a quick stop at a motel before going home.
“Yuncheol’s mom doesn’t suspect anything, right?”
“No. She has no idea I’m Yuncheol’s friend. She’s never even seen my face.”
“We should be careful. If she ever found out it would be… awkward.”
“Exactly. Absolute caution.”
I winked at her.
“Shall we get going too?”
“Yeah. Jaehun’s probably home by now. I should go make him dinner.”
“Okay.”
We cleared the table and headed for the car. A clean white mid-size sedan sat in the park lot. That was my car. I hadn’t bought it with my own money, but it was still my first real car.
“Auntie, thanks for the car. I’ll take good care of it.”
“Drive carefully. Use the card I gave you for gas—don’t be stingy.”
“Yes. Thank you.”
I drove her home. Instead of the front gate I parked at the rear entrance of the apartment complex and we shared a brief kiss. I wanted more right there in the car, but near the apartments it felt too risky. Reluctantly I settled for sucking on her lips again and again.
Chup. Chup. Chuuup.
After a long kiss she got out and went inside.
On the way back I wondered whether I should call Juhyun out. Show her the new car, maybe take a drive? But she would definitely grill me about how much it cost and where the money came from. Better to let her see it naturally later.
I parked near my place and went up to the studio. Even after I got inside I kept glancing back, half-afraid someone might scratch it. Brand-new car—I’d probably step outside a few times during the night just to check.
Lying on the bed I thought about Yuncheol’s mom. Like Jaehun’s mother, she was a real beauty—glamorous figure, long lean lines. Those long legs in black stockings tapering to slender ankles. Through the sandals and sheer stockings, her neat white toes showed faintly.
Why are all my friends’ moms this gorgeous?
A heavy heat settled low in my gut. I pictured Yuncheol’s mom, wrapped my hand around my cock, and slowly stroked. While I jerked off I also thought about Hyeonsu and his sister, about sex with Juhyun, about sex with my younger aunt. What should have taken three minutes stretched to ten before my cum finally soaked into the white tissue and disappeared.
