The Invocation of Dimension Gigantic Meteor
The wings of light did not stop their endless outward expansion. Using the sealing barrier’s own defensive power as a springboard, they ignored the very concept of space itself. The gods of the otherworld stared in confusion at the barrier that showed no anomalies whatsoever, yet continued to let the wings of light pass through. They immediately began their analysis.
“What in the world is this?”
“It is analyzed as a form of spatial teleportation.”
The result was shocking. It was confirmed to be an authority capable of moving matter while completely disregarding the sealing barrier.
“Spatial teleportation—! Is it trying to send the beings of that planet outside?”
“That is not the case. It is the exact opposite.”
The faces of the reporting gods hardened completely. They had always prided themselves on possessing the highest comprehension and computational ability, yet they could not properly grasp the authority unfolding right before their eyes. No, they could not even accept that an authority capable of nullifying the Void Realm Sealing Barrier—constructed with the full concentrated power of the otherworld—could exist.
Yet it was happening directly in front of them, an undeniable fact.
I must combine our strength with the other gods, quickly organize what we have analyzed, report it, and take immediate action.
The intensity of the unknown authority and the speed at which its domain spread surpassed imagination. It was already beyond the star system, incorporating even the local universe into its territory.
What kind of authority domain is this vast? And what is it even trying to accomplish?
No matter how powerful the gods of the otherworld were, their domains could not exceed a hundred kilometers. Even the strongest members of the highest committee could barely manage a single planet. A few of the supreme committee possessed authority domains that included star systems, but a scale encompassing an entire local universe was beyond comparison. Moreover, the power contained within such a vast domain was equally unbelievable. The thought of what might happen if countermeasures were delayed was terrifying.
“It appears to be attempting to summon something from outside the sealing barrier into the interior through spatial teleportation.”
“Summoning?”
A thought flashed through the supreme commander’s mind. Very occasionally, Truth would descend into the otherworld and bestow titles upon qualified individuals.
From the otherworld’s perspective—having been scorched by Truth in the past, with even the highest committee gods suffering defeat and forced to pay reparations to survive—those who had received power from Truth could not be ignored. Those who trained using the titles granted by Truth had become powerful war gods that ordinary otherworld gods could not defeat alone. Moreover, because they were beings of the otherworld, they suffered no restrictions from the reincarnation system.
Of course, all title recipients are managed as highest-risk individuals. They are either sealed or placed under constant tracking and surveillance. However, since the titles were granted by Truth, a member of the highest committee, we cannot openly arrest them. We can only wait for them to make a mistake.
The sacrifices required to capture those who eventually revealed their true nature and caused disturbances had been enormous. Not a single one had ever surrendered politely.
Are they targeting the prison where those traitors who received titles from the Void Realm are confined? Ah… no. Truth would not do that. Truth, who values only the strong, is utterly indifferent to the weak. There is no reason for him to suddenly seek out those defeated weaklings now. Then is he summoning those currently in hiding? But there is no reason or necessity to do so suddenly.
The supreme commander knew better than anyone that Truth’s strength made subordinates unnecessary. Truth was also fully aware that if those who bore his titles rampaged and caused damage, the otherworld gods would desperately join forces to capture them—yet he simply watched.
Truth defines anyone who loses as weak, regardless of the reason, and ignores them.
Whether the battle was one-on-one or against an entire legion, defeat meant no protection from Truth. Once the title bearers realized this, they would flee at the slightest disadvantage. Capturing them became nearly impossible, and pursuit itself was a grueling task.
It was only much later that the otherworld gods realized Truth simply granted titles and then abandoned them. Their previous desperate battles had been pointless; only they had lost military strength after suspecting the title bearers were building a force to conquer the otherworld.
For that reason, they now limited themselves to surveillance and only imprisoned title bearers when small pretexts arose. The fact that title bearers never surrendered obediently and that their flight now caused massive damage only reinforced this policy.
After leaving them to live or die without interest, there was no reason for Truth to summon them now.
Still, it does no harm to be cautious.
They were so strong that surrounding and capturing even a single one who had gone off alone to train was extremely difficult. If they gathered and formed a force, the mere thought was horrifying. Just the confirmed number already exceeded a thousand. The current military strength of the otherworld could not stop them.
“Contact the Title Sealing Prison. An anomaly has occurred on the Void Realm’s Wind Star. Strengthen restraints and surveillance immediately.”
Since there was nothing wrong with caution, the otherworld diligently reported the abnormal situation and entered a state of emergency.
Meanwhile, the origins of the Wind Family, forcibly awakened by the oldest member of the Wind Family, gradually regained consciousness and rose one by one.
Currently, excluding the Unique God Emperor and Unique Demon God Emperor who were preventing collateral damage from the ranking battle determining first and second place between the Golden Absolute and Yuil Yongsinje, these beings were the Wind Family’s proud elite. In pure military force, they were equivalent to representatives of each lineage and race.
Precisely because they were such existences, the moment they regained their senses, they returned to perfect condition. Looking at the face of the oldest Wind Family member who had awakened them, they reflexively spoke.
“Mother.”
Smack—!
The oldest Wind Family head immediately smacked their heads and issued a warning.
“Tsk—! I originally am male, so I told you not to call me that. Now that you’ve come to your senses, line up in order.”
“Yes!”
Truth had recreated them as semi-spiritual bodies, and Yuil Yongsinje’s main body was bound within the Eight-Ring Seal, so he operated only through avatars. Therefore, the oldest Wind Family member standing before them was the very being who had bestowed complete eternity upon every member of the Wind Family.
The Wind Family were complete eternal beings, yet due to the influence of the mother body below spiritual-body level, they were all born in a semi-eternal state.
Birth comes from the mother, but the one who completes them as eternal beings is the oldest Wind Family.
There was no way the words of such an ancestor could be taken lightly. The oldest Wind Family looked at the origins who had quickly lined up horizontally—tense for a reason different from their reaction to Truth—and smiled with satisfaction.
To endure the divine power fluctuations of Truth Grandfather, the creator of the Absolute Realm, for such a long time and remain perfectly fine was truly difficult. Even setting aside their status as eternal beings, their fundamental strength was of the highest level.
“You endured well. Truly, you would not be ashamed no matter where you are presented.”
“Haha.”
The origins of the Wind Family laughed brightly at the simple praise, unable to hide their joy.
They listened attentively as the oldest Wind Family issued rapid instructions. It was a work-division directive for the swift completion of the 1,001 Main Universes based on the dimensional authority they were currently creating.
Since the demonstration of dimensional authority had been confirmed, there was no reason to hesitate. The order even extended to cooperating with every Wind Family member they could influence.
“Let us set the completion goal at one hundred years. Mobilize even the descendants of each lineage to finish it.”
At the command to complete it in one hundred years, everyone flinched and delayed their response. Proper completion of a Main Universe normally required one hundred million years even for the Wind Family—the first generation of the god race. Of course, that was when creating one alone, and long-term operational data was needed for stability review, so such early completions had only been done in the beginning and avoided thereafter.
This Main Universe, however, was special. Its purpose was not only to ignore the reincarnation restrictions of the otherworld but to mass-produce beings who had fundamentally learned dimensional authority with an eye toward what came after. It also included the adaptation of existing Main Universe and Absolute Realm beings, requiring even more time.
No matter how skilled we are, it will still take more than one hundred million years.
Even with our assistance, it would require more than ten thousand years?
Yet the order was to finish within one hundred years and to mobilize even their descendants. It was essentially a total mobilization decree. It was an unreasonable demand that would require them to abandon even their most important personal training, yet none hesitated.
Since the descendants know who granted them eternity as eternal beings, they will have no choice but to obey unconditionally.
If a problem arose with granting eternity to the Wind Family’s descendants—who completed at a rate of more than one every ten thousand years because of them—it would be a catastrophe. The resentment they would hear from those descendants later was too horrible to imagine. Granting eternity themselves was equally impossible; doing so required abandoning their own matrilineal clan and devoting themselves solely to the descendants.
“Understood.”
“Good. Let us handle this one with flair. If it succeeds, we will be able to look not only at the otherworld and the next, but the one after that as well.”
“Is it truly to that extent?”
“Chaho has definitely completed the Dimension Common Element. Since we have confirmed that even a spiritual body can nullify the sealing barrier created by the otherworld using dimensional authority, there is no need to hesitate.”
The origins of the Wind Family were stunned. Chaho had proven the efficacy of the dimensional authority he completed himself and begun production of the 1,001st Main Universe, but the fact that a spiritual body had succeeded was shocking.
“The mass production of the universal element that applies to all worlds and dimensions has truly become possible.”
“Since we have direct confirmation of the authority, we will create it first and supplement later.”
“Who from the Absolute Realm performed the demonstration?”
Although Chaho had easily shattered not only the front gate of the Wind Family but even the otherworld’s sealing barrier with dimensional authority, they had judged it possible only because he was both a member of the Wind Family and an eternal being. Any of them could accomplish the same if they truly set their minds to it, so they had half-doubted the performance of dimensional authority.
But if a spiritual body had succeeded, it meant the authority could be applied to any existence. That was almost revolutionary. It meant not only resolving the otherworld’s reincarnation restrictions but the possibility of advancing into every world.
“Ah—! I forgot. The problem with spiritual bodies is that their presence is too weak. That child over there. This time, to be dispatched to the otherworld as the proxy of Truth Grandfather, he received the name of Dimension Genesis God Coa. He came here to report it. What an interesting fellow, coming here on his own two feet.”
Ordinary spiritual bodies possessed far too little divine power compared to the supreme eternal beings of the Wind Family, and their authorities were weak. If one did not pay constant attention, they were easy to overlook. Having forgotten, the oldest Wind Family pointed toward the corner where the Magic God of Dimensions was still continuously chanting nothing but the Dimensional Net.
Whether he was still recovering from a tremendous blow or not, he did not appear to be in his right mind, yet he diligently continued chanting magic. At the all-too-familiar sight, the Origin of the Mage God let out a deep sigh.
“You again? Sigh—!”
He had been taking especially good care of him because he was the strongest magic god and had once landed a solid hit on the Black Flame clan. However, his extremely erratic nature combined with his weakness made it dangerous to leave him alone. The Origin of the Mage God had earnestly asked the Origin of Dimensions to look after him, yet here the boy was, giving a demonstration of dimensional authority in the middle of the Wind Family’s gathering place. It was truly pathetic.
“Self-reporting? What are you thinking this time? You are still a spiritual body, yet you came to the Wind Family? Now that you roughly know about us, you would not have come here in your right mind. So you probably got dragged into this again unwillingly? Moreover, you showed a demonstration of dimensional authority right in front of Truth Grandfather? One small mistake and it could have been the end, yet you somehow survived. As expected, your habit of seeking only places where you might die remains unchanged. But why are you still chanting? And this is magic? What exactly are you preparing?”
It was obvious at a glance that he was not in his right mind, yet he had been overlapping his chant for quite a long time. The wings of light formed from dimensional authority spreading from the Magic God of Dimensions’ back already covered an enormous area. On top of that foundation, some form of magic was preparing to activate.
The Origin of the Mage God, who had finally realized what it was, shouted in alarm.
“Huh? Stop right now! You cannot use that in the otherworld—!”
True to his nature as the origin of the magic god, he instantly understood what the Magic God of Dimensions was attempting. It was an extremely dangerous magic to use in the pathetically weak otherworld. For the otherworld, the very existence of this magic would be shocking in itself.
But activation preparation was already complete; only the trigger word remained. Forcibly stopping it now would instead cause a catastrophe, so he could not intervene.
The other origins looked at the Origin of the Mage God—who was panicking over a mere spiritual body’s authority and magic—with puzzled expressions. Only Truth wore a deeply satisfied smile.
⟨ 11th Circle: Dimension Gigantic Meteor ⟩
Magic Category: Space-Time and Dimensional Magic, Offensive Type, Upon Activation
Effect: Summons a giant planet compressed to the verge of explosion directly via dimensional teleportation, detonating it inside the enemy’s body. Because the planetary explosion is pure physical force, once successful it cannot be blocked by any authority. Even higher beings will suffer near-fatal injuries or be shattered into pieces. The 9th Circle Gigantic Meteor is difficult to use against planet-sized enemies before they are immobilized and can be defended by equivalent deities or barriers, but this spell, fused with dimensional authority, cannot be blocked by the same methods. The only options are to avoid the manifestation coordinates or endure the impact with raw bodily durability. Since it is not a simple expansion but a stellar explosion, avoiding the tremendous damage is impossible. It can now destroy stars above the level of Main God Stars. Omitting the chant drastically reduces power, but when combined with dimensional authority it can be used for ultra-high-speed personal combat. Its power exceeds nearly 12th Circle.
Restriction: Cannot manifest unless the caster possesses both dimensional authority and 11th Circle or higher magic fused together.
First words after initial manifestation: “This isn’t for self-destructing again, is it? It won’t be.”
Chant
“I am a mage of the Root School, its master, and the Dimensional Lord. Invincible on the battlefield, I reign through terror and desire my own world. I preside over the fate of the brilliantly shining stars with dimensional authority; now is precisely that moment. All stars, follow me in presiding over destruction and birth.”
Saaaaaaaah—!
At the same time, every star and planet that had been shining brightly around the Wind Family vanished without a trace.
It was the beginning of the otherworld descent of Truth Deputy, Grey Present, Dimension Genesis God Coa.
