The Mandate of Faith
The war in the Spirit Realm seemed to be exacting its toll on humanity, who had charged in without a second thought, utterly useless as they were. Damn it! I should have checked the manual beforehand.
At his feet, the defeated who had been transformed into dogs and cats wept and howled, while even the victors had lost their earlier elation and now trembled in fear. The sight of their god casually turning massive metal bodies into mere cats and dogs with a single gesture left them paralyzed with terror. The same scene played out across every other planet where humanity dwelled.
Originally, I only ever cared about cultivating my Innate Divine Power and never bothered accepting followers. Even when I took these wretches as provisional believers, it was only so I could punish them thoroughly for daring to challenge me. Mercy was never on the table—only ruthless trials.
To the watching humans, the situation must have looked utterly nightmarish. The Dimensional Lord had just transformed the losers into dogs and cats on a whim. Yet now he was expected to offer the task of increasing his followers through proselytizing as a trial, complete with rewards.
Hmm. Somehow, spreading my faith feels harder than toppling the Machine Empire and becoming the ruling race of the star cluster. Did I go too far? For the Light Goddesses who freely hand out blessings, hitting a certain number of converts is probably trivial. But for a brutal War God like me, whose only use is in battle, this is going to be a nightmare.
The difficulty of the supposedly easiest method of gathering followers, as stated by the Main God, suddenly gave him a headache.
I used to look down on gods who built their power through followers, but I can’t dismiss them anymore. They really do suffer to accommodate their believers.
Even he had nothing to say in response to the manual’s declaration that “proselytizing” was the easiest path, and the entire star cluster’s humanity remained silent.
In times like this, the only answer is brute force. In a world where the strong make the rules and the powerful get to shout the loudest, that’s how things work.
Few beings could stand in the Dimensional Lord’s way now. So he decided to start with the defeated who had been turned into weeping dogs and cats—those most likely to be persuaded.
“Just as you heard. Swear to faithfully spread my faith, and I’ll return you to your original forms.”
At his words, the dogs and cats that had been sobbing and howling nodded furiously. Their desperate desire to escape their current situation overrode any rational thought. Even though a moment’s reflection would reveal how difficult proselytizing would be, they were frantic to get out of this mess.
Yet the manual continued to deliver terms that were extremely unfavorable to him.
“The reward standard is a minimum of ten converts per person. Furthermore, those converts must remain faithful followers for at least ten years before they are recognized. Be warned—many will temporarily become followers just to gain power and blessings during a crisis, only to abandon their faith once the problem is solved. Such defective believers must be made to pay the price.”
The Dimensional Lord suddenly felt an overwhelming urge to tear the book apart. Even the furiously nodding heads of the dogs and cats came to a halt.
Of course. If they have to maintain faith for ten years instead of just a moment, even I would hesitate. Isn’t that exactly the kind of long-term contract I hate? But I can’t change something that’s already been announced across the entire star cluster.
There was no other way.
I really don’t want to do this, but given what I’ve done in this star cluster, I have no choice.
He pointed with a glowing hand at the machine goddesses floating beside the satellite.
“If you succeed in converting ten people—even temporarily—you’ll be granted the right to advance in rank or switch your allegiance to one of those Light Goddesses over there. That way, you’ll escape my direct management and fall under their supervision instead.”
The dogs and cats hesitated for a moment, then nodded even more vigorously. The Dimensional Lord’s management was so harsh that they believed any other god’s rule would be far preferable. Of course, a beautiful goddess was also much more appealing than a terrifying War God.
They’re thinking that since it was the machine humans who betrayed the machine goddesses, not regular humanity, their treatment will be better.
The fact that they swore without hesitation at the prospect of escaping the Dimensional Lord’s control left him in a foul mood, but he decided to settle the matter for now.
I can’t afford to waste any more time here. I need to finish my business and leave before the war in the Spirit Realm escalates.
Snap!
Thud! Thud!
He flicked his fingers lightly, restoring the dogs and cats to their original massive mechanical bodies. They gasped for breath.
Once they regained their enormous mechanical forms, not a single one remained silent. The noise was deafening. Just how weak are these things?
The thought that he had to recruit and maintain such creatures as followers made the management-type gods seem truly impressive.
This is exhausting. Recruiting and managing followers really isn’t easy. I’ll have to treat the management gods well.
Realizing that even tasks that looked simple from the outside came with their own difficulties, he carefully prepared to move to the Spirit Realm without being detected, leaving one final warning.
“The rest of you provisional believers had better do a good job spreading the faith too. If even one of you fails, I won’t let it slide.”
The provisional believers bowed their heads at the Dimensional Lord’s merciless warning, delivered with his usual lack of follow-through. Truly, there is no limit to his vindictiveness. Even death isn’t an escape from that overwhelming authority.
No matter how strong you become, one wrong move and you’ll end up a cat or dog again.
Realizing that the only way out was through “proselytizing,” they racked their newly sharpened minds for methods. Still, simply believing would dramatically increase their power, so there was hope.
Once they believe and grow stronger, they can convert ten followers of their own to advance or pledge to another god.
Then I’ll have to grow stronger first so they’ll listen.
The provisional believers of the Dimensional Lord, thinking in such a human way, their eyes gleaming.
The machine goddesses watched him depart, momentarily dazed, before lowering their heads. Inside the core of the massive mechanical goddesses, they sighed as they looked at one another.
Hoooo...
Idea and her other sisters were all submerged in transparent giant bathtubs filled with the sap of the Cosmic Tree, wearing only the absorption devices the Dimensional Lord had provided, continuously drawing in the energy. The problem was that they sat in positions of glory wearing nothing but precarious metallic undergarments that barely covered the most essential parts of their otherwise ideal, slender yet voluptuous female bodies—bodies overflowing with elasticity—while converting the energy into divine power.
At first, the influx of vitality was so overwhelming I couldn’t even think straight. After ascending to Main God and receiving various additional measures, I can at least endure it now. Of course, their faces remained flushed bright red, and they couldn’t help writhing as the immense vitality sent waves of excitement through them.
They lamented how things had come to this and even suspected the Dimensional Lord had done this out of some sinister desire. But aside from the dramatically effective treatment, he had never laid a hand on their bodies, and while their anuses had all been penetrated, their virginity remained intact, so their suspicions faded.
Even if I wanted to doubt him, the situation has already become unavoidable.
Over the past two weeks, they had undergone every conceivable method of divine power recovery treatment and experienced countless unspeakable things, leaving them with no secrets between them.
Regardless of the circumstances, we are now the Dimensional Lord’s subordinate Main Gods and his willing concubines.
It’s not like we can complain when he restored our Main God-level power in just two weeks. We even received massive amounts of Cosmic Tree sap capable of restoring power up to High Lord rank. On top of that, they had never expected their research results to be completed to this level, reducing the size of their massive mechanical goddess bodies.
The debt is simply too great to protest.
Overwhelmed by gratitude they could never repay, they had even volunteered to become concubines. The position of concubine to a Highest Main God who qualified as a Creator Candidate was higher than that of a High Lord, and they had been assured they could be released whenever they wished, which had eased their minds. But learning that all four sisters had volunteered to become concubines during treatment left them feeling utterly hollow. The goddesses regretted not carefully reviewing the contract terms.
Still, having become subordinate Main Gods and concubines, they were determined to do their best and were now discussing the future management of the Machine Star Cluster.
After returning as Main Gods and carefully investigating the Dimensional Lord, we found that he has twelve temporary concubines who are regular or Intermediate Main Gods, all with considerable ability.
Moreover, a goddess from the Almighty God’s clan—a former Creator God-level bloodline—has become a High Lord and is currently acting as his proxy. This divine realm is truly extraordinary.
Every organization has its own hierarchy, so we’ll need power and achievements to live comfortably going forward.
They had confirmed that the authority of the “Bio-Armor Machine Core” they possessed had been reviewed and actively approved for development by the Dimensional Lord. Of course, they had also identified its one fatal flaw—its prohibitive cost—and found a solution.
“Bio-Armor Machine Cores can’t be mass-produced without his ‘Creation’ magic. Now I understand why the Main God Realm rejected it.”
“I never imagined the problem would be economic viability.”
“We failed to consider the material limitations of the Material Realm.”
“We only created the prototype and never attempted mass production, so it couldn’t be helped.”
“Even with expensive adamantium, fusion is only possible up to Intermediate Main God level, and amplification beyond Highest Main God is impossible. We’ll need to develop new materials as well.”
“For now, let’s focus on recovering our divine power, producing the test results we were ordered to deliver, and perfecting and stabilizing this finished product. Then we’ll use those results and achievements to secure our positions in his Highest Divine Realm.”
At the words of Idea, the eldest sister, the others spoke worriedly.
“I heard the goddesses there are vicious monsters who massacred male gods during the Main God War. Will we be all right?”
“That’s why we should wait until we’re at least Intermediate Main Gods before moving. Once fused with the Machine Core, we’ll be able to fight even High Lords, so we won’t be at a disadvantage.”
“We’ll need influence too, so let’s perfect the subordinate divine realm. For now, focus on recovering your divine power.”
Suddenly, one of the goddesses cried out loudly.
“Hnnngh—! Again—! It’s injecting automatically—!?”
The goddesses sighed as they watched the youngest sister on the screen—originally slender—frantically clutching her swelling breasts and lower body as the sap was forcibly injected, trembling violently as if pleasuring herself while moaning.
“Aaaah—! Not there—!”
Hoooooo—!
As expected of a War God-type Main God who would use any means necessary for victory and strength, he had entrusted everything to them, yet divine power recovery was being forced upon them semi-coercively. The order was clear: do not leave this tank and recover your divine power as quickly as possible.
The order itself isn’t the problem.
But the four absorption magic authorities engraved in our bodies automatically detect when the sap’s vitality has been fully converted into divine power and immediately force another injection.
Thanks to this, the goddesses had to endure countless forced climaxes without a moment’s rest until they recovered their Main God status. They would rather have the Dimensional Lord directly inject vitality and divine power through essence exchange, which was why they had wanted to become concubines. Still, thanks to these forced additional measures, everyone except the one youngest sister had already reached regular Main God level or higher. Even now, while they had some breathing room, the situation remained mortifying.
When he’s not here, the devices automatically stimulate our nipples to produce milk and reverse the sap flow, and whenever sap is poured directly into the womb through the tubes, it happens just like that.
The bigger problem came next. On the screen, the youngest sister whose automatic absorption had begun desperately pressed her thighs together with both hands.
Thrust! Push!
“Kyaaaaah—! Aaaah—! Sisters—! I—! I—!”
Gasping as if she might pass out, she let out the highest-pitched moans and whimpers, spreading her legs wide as she thrashed in her chair. Part of the golden undergarment that barely covered her lower body transformed into a thin tube that penetrated her anus, immediately injecting a massive amount of sap inside. She tried desperately to rise from the Seat of Glory that held her in place and remove the undergarment, but as a Main God, it was impossible.
The modified Seat of Glory and absorption device were created by pouring the full power of a Highest Main God into them. No Main God can remove or damage them without permission.
It wasn’t harmful to their bodies, and thanks to this method, their recovery—which would have taken over a hundred years without the Dimensional Lord directly injecting through his male organ—had been achieved in just two weeks. There was nothing to say. Moreover, now that they had recovered as Main Gods, their capacity to hold vitality had increased, so while it didn’t happen as frequently, it still occurred occasionally. But watching the youngest sister still struggling so frequently until she fully recovered her regular Main God status was pitiful—yet it was her own doing.
This is all because of her stubborn insistence that she would never allow male organ insertion into her vagina, let alone her anus, no matter the reason.
Her extreme wariness, typical of a young virgin goddess, had led to desperate resistance, and the Dimensional Lord had eventually given up on direct insertion. He had switched to a gentler method afterward, but as a result, she alone had failed to become a Main God and continued to suffer like this.
“You should have just accepted him instead of being so stubborn. He promised he wouldn’t interfere with your divine power control.”
“Aaaah—! H-how could I do something like that? How can you sisters do it so easily—! Aaaah—!”
As the youngest sister tried to protest fiercely but instead let out a wailing moan, her body shaking from the influx of vitality and divine power being absorbed in her lower abdomen, the others could only click their tongues.
She’s still young and doesn’t yet understand that it’s better to take the beating all at once rather than spread out weakly over time.
It seemed it would take a very long time for the youngest sister to recover her proper Main God status and take on her duties, which was concerning. To return to the Main God Realm, they still had much work ahead of them.
