Agreement, Part Two
Among the six great orthodox clans, he was the young clan leader of the Seomun Clan—backed by a foundation so formidable it could hardly be described in ordinary terms.
He was not quite on the same level as Namgung Bi-yeon or Yeon Mukseol, but his looks were more than enough to stir a woman’s heart.
And on top of that, his martial skill was said to be the finest among the younger generation.
Seomun Hwi had no flaw anyone could point to, and yet even he had his share of troubles.
—The young clan leader of the Seomun Clan? He’s certainly a man far above my station...
—A man should be quiet, they say, but I still don’t want to be with someone as stiff as a plank of wood.
—Even if he’s a little plain, I want to spend the rest of my life with a man who puts me at ease.
It was that he was strangely disliked by women—or rather, disliked in a way that wasn’t quite dislike at all.
Until he met Cheongwol, he had had neither a lover nor even a single close friend, so perhaps it was no wonder. Still, he had never imagined there would be no women who would run to him for wealth or looks alone.
Seomun Hwi himself had not been overly bothered by it, but he could feel his father’s and mother’s worry growing day by day.
So he had accepted the Tang family’s marriage proposal without a word of protest, steeled himself, and set out for Sichuan.
He had never imagined things would turn out like this, either.
“Mm...”
Compared with everything that had come before, the kisses they exchanged now were light, repeated over and over.
Unlike before, when they had become heated but never crossed the line, their hands were now moving busily across each other’s bodies.
“Hwi. Do you know something?”
Cheongwol whispered as she watched the fever in Seomun Hwi’s eyes.
“You’ve been staring at my chest like crazy since the first time we met. You didn’t know that, did you?”
Her soft laughter tickled his ear, but Seomun Hwi ignored it and buried his face against the pale line of her neck.
Then, with one firm motion, he squeezed the breasts he had been kneading all this time.
“Ahh...”
It was a touch so careless that even the courtesans of Hongru would have frowned at it, and Cheongwol let out a pained sound.
“Stop provoking me. I’m barely holding back as it is.”
As he stroked the slight curve of her back, the tremor in her body ran along his touch and into his fingertips.
“Holding back? You’re not holding back at all.”
After savoring the lingering sensation for a moment, Cheongwol lifted half-lidded eyes and lightly brushed the lower part of Seomun Hwi’s body with her fingertips.
It had only been through the fabric, but the jolt it sent through him was so strong that Seomun Hwi’s brows twitched and his body jerked.
“...”
Cheongwol was no less short of composure.
Even from sight alone, she had known the size was no ordinary thing; touching it for herself only made that all the more clear.
The difference between Seomun Hwi’s manhood and the one she had once possessed was considerable.
...How do you even swing a sword with something like this hanging on you?
That said, she had no intention of surrendering the hard-won advantage she’d stolen back.
“Then... should I start taking things off?”
Cheongwol’s finger flicked out, lightly scratching the tip of it.
It was one of the ways of tormenting a man she had seen in Yin-Yang Union Divine Art.
“Hngh!”
As expected of a divine art, Seomun Hwi thrust his hand roughly beneath Cheongwol’s clothes.
For an instant she was shocked by the suddenness of it, but then those rough hands were kneading her soft breasts all over again.
“Wait, this time it’s my turn...”
He had stolen the lead in a heartbeat, and Cheongwol tried to push him away, but it was useless.
Unlike when he had touched her over her clothes, the instant their skin met, a greater surge of excitement swept through her body than she had expected.
“Ng...”
What’s more, Seomun Hwi seemed to have found a weakness even she had not known about, tapping at her nipple with his fingers, teasing it as though flicking it.
The pleasure was so overwhelming it made her head swim, but Cheongwol bit her lower lip and barely managed to hold onto her senses.
“You’re trying hard.”
To Seomun Hwi, it looked like nothing more than futile struggle.
“Ah!”
When his fingers pinched and twisted her nipple just a little, a cry finally burst from Cheongwol’s lips.
But the shock was considerable, and her strength failed her waist; she collapsed into Seomun Hwi’s arms as though she were falling apart.
“You shouldn’t have been holding back.”
Ordinarily, he would have gently patted her head, but this time he only squeezed her bottom tightly and curved one corner of his mouth.
Cheongwol shot him a glare and panted for breath.
“You... you...”
With effort, Cheongwol lifted her waist and pressed herself closer to him.
“Let’s see... how long... you can stay... composed...”
---
As Cheongwol had confidently declared, Seomun Hwi’s composure did not last long.
“How long am I supposed to hold out? You told me not to hold back, didn’t you?”
Cheongwol’s slender fingers wrapped around his hot, throbbing manhood and moved up and down in a rather awkward motion.
It looked plausible enough at a glance, but in truth it was clumsy beyond measure.
Still, Seomun Hwi had tensed every muscle in his calves and thighs, forcing himself to endure the rush of pleasure.
Simply being joined with Cheongwol had already pushed his reason to its limit.
And on top of that, she was looking up at him from within his arms as though to say, Are you really still going to keep going?
-Thump.
Before long, Seomun Hwi caught Cheongwol’s wrist.
“...”
Had he not liked it after all?
Cheongwol sent him a slightly anxious look, but Seomun Hwi ignored it and covered her small hand with his own.
Then he pulled her waist closer, and in a voice that sounded as if it might split, he said, “If you’re going to do it, do it properly.”
The instant the words left him, Seomun Hwi’s hand began moving together with Cheongwol’s.
It was a fast, rough motion, as if to say that what Cheongwol had just been doing had been nothing more than child’s play.
“Haah...”
As Seomun Hwi narrowed his eyes, Cheongwol noticed that her hand had become sticky with something.
With a few more movements, obscene, wet sounds began to fill the room.
“...Doesn’t it hurt?”
She asked cautiously, worried he was moving far too violently, but Seomun Hwi gave no answer, only a breath steeped in pleasure.
Watching him like that, Cheongwol found herself writhing a little without meaning to.
After a moment.
“Ugh...”
Seomun Hwi exhaled deeply, his body trembling, then let his head droop onto Cheongwol’s shoulder.
Cheongwol lowered her gaze and looked down at the hot liquid covering her hand.
Far stickier than before.
The sharp, pungent smell was enough to make her head spin.
She had heard this was what a man released at the height of his arousal in order to impregnate a woman.
If that had been sent somewhere other than her hand...
Without realizing it, Cheongwol swallowed dryly.
“Did it... feel good?”
She knew there was no way he would release it if it hadn’t, and yet she asked anyway, as if seeking confirmation.
No answer was really necessary.
The pulse she could feel from him was still beating hotly, forcing out the last remains of his release.
As Seomun Hwi panted with a flushed face, a faint smile spread across Cheongwol’s lips.
She had done it.
Though he loved her, he knew what she had been before, and no one could say how he would act once the time came to actually do it. So when he had caught her wrist, hadn’t her heart nearly dropped through her feet?
But seeing him now, she realized she had worried too much.
Seomun Hwi truly seemed not to care in the least that she had once been a man.
“Hwi.”
Cheongwol smiled brightly with delight and looked up at him.
“Thank you.”
With a soft smack, Cheongwol’s lips lightly touched Seomun Hwi’s flushed cheek and then pulled away.
“I’m really glad it was you who first spoke to me in Zhongyuan. I’m sorry I’m only saying this now.”
Perhaps embarrassed by her own words, Cheongwol scratched her face with an awkward laugh.
Now that he had calmed somewhat, Seomun Hwi drew a breath and looked at her.
“Cheongwol.”
“Yes?”
Surely Seomun Hwi felt the same as she did.
So, if they now recalled those memories and held each other in their arms as they fell asleep...
“What are you acting like it’s all over for?”
“...Huh?”
“I’ve only done it once, after all.”
At his words, confusion settled over Cheongwol’s face.
Only once?
Ordinarily, after a man had gone once, it was only natural that he would not stand again for some time.
Even so, Cheongwol slowly lowered her gaze, half in disbelief.
Her eyes widened in shock.
“How...”
Seomun Hwi’s manhood, which had plainly emptied itself just moments ago, was not withering at all—instead, it was radiating a fiercer, more ominous heat than before.
“O-Okay, let’s stop here for today. I’m kind of tired. Okay?”
Cheongwol hurriedly tried to talk her way out of it and get back to her feet, but she was immediately dragged back onto the bed by Seomun Hwi’s hand.
“I can’t be the only one enjoying myself and then ending it there. We’re lovers, are we not?”
“Lovers...”
“If we love one another and share each other’s bodies, then aren’t we lovers?”
When Cheongwol did not answer, Seomun Hwi felt a little wronged and let out a quiet laugh.
“Well, whether that’s true or not, we can find out little by little.”
Then he slowly began lowering his body.
“Hwi!”
Startled, Cheongwol raised her voice, but his hand was already gripping her thighs and forcing them apart.
“Did you forget? I wasn’t the only one who saw Yin-Yang Union Divine Art.”
“Don’t! I said don’t... nghh!”
A cry spilled from Cheongwol’s lips, one she had never imagined she would make while lowering herself of her own accord.
Even after becoming a woman, she had still tried not to look there, turning away in embarrassment from the place that was now her own body.
Seomun Hwi’s tongue slowly swept over that secret place.
