The Bitter Farewell
“Break up.”
The guy’s expression froze at the cold voice.
With a face as muddy as the gloomy weather that seemed like rain would pour down at any moment, the guy asked.
“Why all of a sudden?”
“Why are you asking that?”
I glared sharply and pressed him.
The guy’s fidgeting mouth seemed to be searching for words to catch. Just before his futile gesture reached out to grab my arm.
“Don’t touch me.”
I spat it out coldly and turned my back without hesitation.
I couldn’t stop here. I couldn’t turn around.
I stared straight ahead, and as if fleeing from the guy at the fastest pace, I distanced myself from him.
“Wait a moment…”
I deliberately ignored the voice mixed with resignation.
It crossed my mind for a moment whether I was being too rude.
I slapped my cheeks hard with both hands twice. The still awkward jet-black hair that reached down to my shoulders swayed slightly at the edge of my cheeks. As I brushed my hair up.
“Ah.”
The horn of the hair that didn’t adapt easily caught in my hand.
I roughly tousled my hair between the horns and continued walking.
It must be poisoned.
I can’t let the protagonist of Submissive by Day, Dominant by Night be defeated.
