A Real Doll Golem Who Fights Just as Well
Clatter. Clink.
The racket dragged his eyes open.
"Nnngh..."
He pushed himself upright, slow and stiff. The blur over his vision sharpened by degrees, and far off toward the kitchen he made out the lovely line of someone's back.
Charlotte Eberhardt — the real-doll golem Minjun had created only yesterday with the ability he'd awakened — looked as if she were hard at work on something in there.
"Ah. You're awake, Master."
"Charlotte? What are you doing over there?"
"I was preparing breakfast from the ingredients in the refrigerator."
Minjun usually skipped breakfast, too lazy to bother. On the rare morning hunger actually drove him to eat, he made do with a slice of bread or a pack of instant ramen. A breakfast laid out by someone else — and by a woman that beautiful — sent a ticklish little flutter rising pleasantly through his chest.
A short while later.
"......"
Faced with the finished product, Minjun blinked.
"Ch-Charlotte? What is this?"
"Ah... it is breakfast..."
She answered with painful effort, head bowed so low her voice seemed to crawl.
He examined the plate in front of him with care. Put generously, it was an avant-garde dish overflowing with personality. Put plainly, it was food waste.
"Well... food's fine so long as it tastes good..."
With a trembling hand he lifted the spoon and scooped up a heaping mouthful of the lump before him.
Glop—!
A grotesque sound no food should ever make. Minjun flinched, shoulders jumping.
Honestly, he didn't want a single bite of this garbage. But he couldn't just dismiss Charlotte's sincerity either. He squeezed his eyes shut, forced the spoonful into his mouth, and made his jaw move.
"Uk—huuulp!"
His face crumpled, and he retched the mouthful straight back out.
This was no longer a question of whether it tasted good or bad. The moment that unidentified lump touched the tip of his tongue and spread through his mouth, the survival instinct that had sensed a threat to his life kicked in on reflex.
"I-I have committed a sin worthy of death, Master!"

Somewhere in the span of a breath Charlotte had flung her clothes off entirely, and now she knelt naked with her head bowed to the floor.
"Get up, Charlotte. I'm fine. You didn't mean anything bad by it."
"Th-thank you, Master."
The biochemical weapon Charlotte had crafted with all her heart was sealed inside layer upon layer of plastic bags and thrown out.
Once the commotion had passed—
"Enter the Tower!"
Minjun activated the trait every Awakener could use as a matter of course.
Entering the Tower of Trials.
A translucent window rose before his eyes, and the world around him changed. He seemed to have stepped onto a blank canvas — an endless, empty void where nothing had been drawn.
Welcome to the Tower of Trials.
This is your first entry.
Please select a difficulty.
In that instant, three choices floated up before his eyes.
Easy. Normal. Hard.
He honestly had no clear sense of how strong Charlotte was. Even so, a hard certainty took hold of him: choosing Easy or Normal would be nothing but a waste of her potential and her power.
Confirm this difficulty?
Selected Difficulty: Hard
Minjun didn't hesitate for even a fraction of a second. He pressed Yes and locked the choice in.
The instant his lightly pressed finger lifted away, the pure-white landscape began to warp and change at speed. What replaced it was a bleak, ghastly arena, the air thick with a nauseating reek of blood that stabbed at his nose.
Wait. Wasn't Floor 1 of Hard supposed to be a cave?
The scenery bore no resemblance to the scraps of information he'd picked up on the forums, and he tilted his head.
A moment later—
Flash—!!
A summoning circle drew itself across sand gone murky with blood. From within it, something of tremendous presence and weight appeared before the two of them.
An orc. A hulking monster whose whole body was sheathed in hide so lumpy and tough it was unpleasant just to look at.
The moment that overwhelming killing intent met him, he understood that something had gone very, very wrong.
The trial begins in one minute.
Current Floor: Floor 1
Difficulty: Extreme
"......?"
Staring at the vicious crimson notice, Minjun lost the power of speech.
The difficulty he had chosen was, without any doubt, Hard. But what was written inside the window floating before him now was Extreme — a tier that had not even existed among the options. And there was no way to abandon this godforsaken challenge and leave.
Which meant the only choice in front of him was a single one. Somehow, he had to bring down the monster pouring insane killing intent from every inch of its body.
"Ch-Charlotte?"
His face rigid with extreme tension, Minjun called to her. He lifted a finger that was visibly shaking and pointed at the giant before them.
"Th-that thing... you can beat it, right?"
"Of course, Master."
The answer came sharp as a blade, without a trace of hesitation. At the same moment, white light burst from every part of Charlotte's body.
Flash—!
When the glare that had stabbed at his eyes finally receded, sturdy plate armor, glossy with a hard sheen, had wrapped her body in place of the tracksuit.
"You need only give the command, Master. This instant, I shall cut that hideous monster's head from its shoulders and offer it up to you."
Shing—.
She drew the keen sword at her hip. With a cold whisper of steel, the flashing blade came free.
The trial begins.
We wish you fortune in battle.
"UWOOOOH—!!"
The instant the floating text vanished, the orc loosed a horrific roar and charged. Its heavy footfalls made the whole blood-red arena boom and shudder, as if an earthquake had struck.
"Ch-Charlotte! Take that thing out! H-hurry!!"
Minjun shouted, voice tight with urgency.
"As you command, Master."
Charlotte did not so much as flinch. Calm, sword in hand, she waited for the moment. The distance to the giant closed, and its hideous shadow was an instant from swallowing her—
"Haaah!"
With a short, decisive cry she brought the sword she'd raised overhead crashing down. The cold blade split the air and flashed like a streak of light.
Flash—!
The blinding arc that poured across his vision cleaved the charging orc clean in half in a single instant.
Thud! Thud!
The torso, split into two precise halves, fell away in opposite directions.
It had all happened in a bare blink. Minjun stood with his mouth hanging open, able to do nothing but blink.
Ding, ding-a-ling!
With a cheerful chime, translucent result windows kept bursting into view without end.
Ding, ding!
He thought that was the end of it. It wasn't. Whether anything remained or not, another dense cluster of windows packed his vision all over again.

He was back in the familiar semi-basement room.
"Master."
At the voice behind him, he turned his head. Charlotte, returned from cold plate armor to her tracksuit, was down on one knee.
"I have carried out your command, Master."
She dipped her head deep and offered a loyal report. In that instant, Minjun saw it — only for a heartbeat. Hidden inside that solemn expression, the corner of her mouth twitched. Her eyes were brimming with expectation.
He didn't need to think hard to know exactly what it meant. Right now, she wanted a reward from him for her performance.
One corner of his own mouth lifting, he walked toward her slowly.
"Charlotte. Look up."
"Yes, Mas—!"
The answer was still leaving her when she raised her head — and in that very instant—
Smack. ♥

Minjun, who had somehow closed in until they were nearly nose to nose, stole her soft lips without a moment's hesitation. The light kiss flowed as naturally as water into something sticky and thick.
Schlrp. ♥
Their tongues tangled hard, as if tying a knot. Like a pair of snakes locked in mating, they rubbed and wound and tasted each other deep.
He drew his lips away to breathe. Charlotte's face, flushed a drunken crimson, stood out sharp and clear.
"Well? Do you like it?"
"Y-yes...♥ Master♥ My womb trembled at your overwhelming vigor...♥"
As if an orgasm had already taken her, she wore a dizzy, half-unfocused look.
"We haven't even properly started, and your womb's already trembling?"
He asked it like a tease, expression wicked.
"I-I'm so sorry... I'm a worthless, hair-trigger pussy that cums far too easily..."
She answered shyly, and peeled off the tracksuit she was wearing, piece by piece.
Slip.
The clothes dropped to the floor with soft little thumps. Every time another stretch of Charlotte's smooth bare skin came into view, Minjun's eyes grew busier.
Gulp!
He swallowed the saliva pooling in his mouth in one go. At that stimulating, overwhelming sight, his groin swelled taut.
"......!!"
Charlotte's eyes caught the enormous change, as if it were about to burst straight through his pants. The dizzying sensation from only yesterday — of being ruthlessly plowed, of having her womb filled to the brim — flashed through her mind. Staring openly at the weight between his legs, she smiled shyly, like a girl sunk deep in her first love.
Meanwhile, on the top floor of the Korea Hunter Association headquarters.
Bang!
"Ch-Chairman! Th-this is bad!"
A male staffer in thick glasses burst into the chairman's office, his face the color of a corpse.
"What's going on? Did an S-Rank gate break out somewhere?"
"It... it may be something far more important, and far more serious, than that, Chairman!"
"...Explain."
The staffer, only just managing to steady himself, began to report in a shaking voice on the anomaly the control room's system had detected moments ago. An unknown difficulty had been discovered — one with not even a record of having been found, let alone challenged.
"That Awakener is somewhere in Korea right now!"
As the report went on, the chairman, who had kept his mouth firmly shut, drew his brows together in a heavy frown.
"...Secretary Kim."
"Yes, Chairman."
"Issue a summons to every branch director in the country. Immediately."
"Understood!"
The order had barely fallen before he was moving, quick and sharp. Left alone, the chairman let out a deep sigh.
Only one thought occupied his mind now.
This might well be a matter on which the future of Korea itself depends.
So no matter what happened. By any means necessary. That Awakener had to be found, and found soon.
