Subjugating the Evil God
The hero charged across the red carpet. The [Evil God] Succubus Lord Melkerset widened her eyes in surprise for only a moment before regaining her composure. With a casual flick of her fingers after loosening her wrist, a blast of wind pressure shattered the audience chamber floor into stone fragments that scattered everywhere. The hero deflected the flying debris with his sword and leaped toward the throne, slashing down with his spirit sword. Melkerset pinched the blade precisely between her index and middle fingers. Rather than his frailty, what irked her more was that her beauty left him utterly unshaken—she pouted with a sulky expression.
She didn't even move her arm. She didn't twist her wrist. Just by lightly bending her finger, the hero was flung wildly, slamming into the royal chamber wall.
"Ahh, Hero... you who are forced to bear a mission from those hateful gods... you don't need to resist like this. Just surrender to pleasure. Realize that living according to your desires, swayed by nothing, is the most natural thing in the world."
Melkerset whispered sweetly, tenderly, like a lover or wife. With each resonant word, adventurers whose brains had melted away or whose very marrow had rotted from her enchantment trembled, smiling in ecstasy as tears streamed down their faces. Every syllable stirred emotions wildly, thickening the pinkish aura that clouded vision. The pheromones emanating from her body knew no gender, but they drove males especially mad with Charm status. A human in heat would devolve to beastly levels—at her whim, they'd thrust a sword into their own heart and die blissfully happy.
Her crimson-glowing round pupils, drooping eyes, and beauty mark beside her lips. From her gestures to the sway of her hips as she walked—everything clouded reason and induced corruption. As the hero struggled to rise from the wall, her pheromones spread further. In the sealed audience chamber, the adventurers might as well have walked in to die. Wrapping herself in her wings on purpose, Melkerset unfurled them, anticipating fools who would offer loyalty, desire, and souls of their own accord.
"I've met a hero before. Yes, he was so valiant... soft and cuddly, like he'd feel good to hug... but terribly shy."
Her worst memory was failing to claim Hero Park Chun-sik and getting sealed instead. If another chance came, she'd never let her guard down again. She'd underestimated his tenacity, castrating himself just to seal her. But this hero was far weaker than even the weakest one—frail, like he'd snap at a touch. To fly that far from a mere finger flick... what if he broke while she played? Melkerset worried.
The moment she first saw him, her heart—as Succubus Lord, taboo in itself—thundered wildly. Not even physically perfect, yet his scent pierced her like sweet honey mixed with virgin blood, making her loins ache. She wanted to embrace him, corrupt him, kiss him, and tuck him safely into her wings. But an equal impulse to shatter him curled her lips to her ears. She wanted to twist that slender face in tears, test his sanity's limits, corrupt and break anyone precious to him right before his eyes.
"Tell me about yourself... He-ro?"
She raised a clenched fist. Paht!—spreading her hand wide left a vivid handprint where the hero had stood. Watching him detour around her, charging with cold sweat and grit, Melkerset smiled warmly, almost cheering him on. Like a newborn kitten wriggling—adorably so. Shocked at her own irrationality, she wondered if this was love, her red lips twitching.
"Catch him, my darling darlings♥"
The adventurers seized weapons and lunged at the hero in unison. The priest, abandoning faith in gods for devotion to Melkerset, cast corrupted skills, inflicting debuffs. His steps grew heavy, his sword-grip limp with exhaustion. Vision blurred. Arrows and drawn weapons flew toward him. Barely batting aside arrows, he backpedaled pitifully against the wall. Melkerset squealed in delight. So fragile—he might break. Rip his clothes off and parade him? Or sever limbs and play doll-like? As he cornered himself, sweating amid thickening pheromones, she clenched her fist, licking her lower lip impatiently.
──Pushed back, overwhelmingly so. He'd resolved to cut down the adventurers, but their skills outpaced his rising stats. Endless priest debuffs, warrior and rogue combos, archer snipes—it was unbelievable he'd taken no wounds yet.
Possessiveness
The adventurers' attacks halted as the skill triggered. In that split-second oh crap, a shadow blocked him. Melkerset appeared right before his eyes. No time to react—she casually swatted his sword with her hand's back, cupped his cheeks, and pressed her face close. Her passionate gaze overflowed with allure. Sweet pheromones numbed his senses from fingertips, heart pounding to burst. Even averting eyes defied his will—intense Charm. No wonder she was called [Evil God], lord of succubi. Left unchecked, she'd amass endless charmed slaves. Reaching her meant enslavement for sure. Staring into her eyes felt like his soul floated free; he gritted his teeth.
"Huh?"
Even skin-to-skin, his bloodshot eyes burned with hostility. Melkerset faltered. His sword plunged into her abdomen, blood spraying everywhere. Wincing at the pain, she flew back—her belly bore only a blood trail; the pierced hole healed instantly as she fluttered wings gracefully.
What the hell is that? Wondered Melkerset. The hero was weak. But proportionally... was that a holy sword? Its light intensified. From a puny shortsword, now thick and long like a club—yet keenly sharp. Even retreating, it slashed her chest. Tracing the pain with nails over smooth skin, she tilted her head.
"Refusing my love, whom I hesitate to wound... how noble."
Kuhp, she chuckled, pointing. The kneeling king raised his head.
"Sever his limbs. Now."
Flash! His spirit sword clanged away. Gripping sanity, he swung into a storm of Master-class strikes. No handshake leisure—the Master's overwhelming technique made adventurer rabble feel like goblins, violently dominant. Wrists throbbed near-breaking, but blocking one brought chest-searing pain; he flew, tumbling across the floor.
"Kuhuk—"
Disaster approaches
"Krahk!" No reprieve—a chandelier crashed onto his waist. Blinding pain like a snapped spine; eyes squeezed shut. Mind wouldn't turn; reason strained. Clear Mind shielded psyche but didn't replenish mental strength. Heart eroded into void, filled by desire; spirit sword thrashed independently. No longer reason—a beast on instinct. Half-divine, so expected!
Melkerset flushed at his pooling blood, smirking lewdly. Discarding god's dignity, she rushed, licked blood from floor onto finger, savoring. Ecstatic, near-moaning, shuddering in spasms, mad eyes gleamed.
"Hero's blood! So sweet... blessed by gods? More—let me taste more!"
Unlike lesser succubi, she had reason. Ignoring her puppet king, she charged the chandelier-pinned hero. Slamming palm unleashed glowing dinosaur horde. She frowned baffled. Shoving chandelier aside, slipping past halted adventurers—boom! Dinosaurs exploded. Green orbs gathered on her index finger, stretching horizontally like pulled space, snapping forth. Ducking instinctively, adventurers' heads in the line burst. Bouncing rubber ball walloped chamber wall, compressing with skreee, twisting like a drill from her finger.
Bam! Sword as shield, but kicked like a soccer ball, hero crashed into wall amid debris. Nose gushing from blade rebound.
Disaster approaches
No recovery—deflecting rebounding ball spun him like a top into ceiling. Shattering it, yet elastic force hurled him to pillar, finally dropping with a plop.
Worst case. Injuries multiplied damage. Did constellations wish quiet, peaceful life over fighting?
Using sword as cane, heaving breaths, he spat blood. Melkerset, pitying waste, traced circle in air. Blood magnetically gathered, forming apple-jelly orb in palm. Biting huge chunk, she stomped excitedly.
In Evil God's grasp, the hero was her utter plaything.
"More?"
Gasping hero glared. Leaning on sword to stand... yet unyielding. Did he not know surrender? But that thrilled her more. Approach personally? Or crush harsher? Pondering joyfully, gulping remaining blood, she raised hand decisively.
"Since you're a hero, special reward."
Adventurers save king floated, gripped by unseen force. Krunch—bones snapped, blood gushed. Wringing rag-like, pooling at her feet into blood-dress wafting scent, swaying with hair in wind. Charmed adventurers twisted, crumpled into black blood-flesh spears with bone spikes, orbiting guard-like.
"Saint's end on cross best?"
Whoosh! Spears pierced air. Swinging to cleave, eyes on tips rolled, curving to wrap blade, skewering shoulder. Bone-spike ravaged wound horrifically.
Disaster approaches
Spears riddled sword-arm. No pain-pause—pierced spots exposed bone-muscle; arm dangled shoulder-down like hyena-chewed scrap. Brain-burning agony, yet other hand gripped sword, slung over shoulder in stance.
"Ahh, as expected. Heroes fight for justice, right? I'll make you cry."
Mind dizzy in pain, blood loss vertigo. Clear Mind kept head clear, but succubus drove madness unchanged. Curse of Longevity warnings nonstop; wounds tore wider. Worst skill—constellation mischief evident. Did they laugh at this? Or weep, urging long quiet life sans fight?
Inhaled. Sweet scent stabbed brain. Smiling hero puzzled Melkerset. Trusting adventurers cowed by her presence at gate? Divine aid sans interference? Or madness in pain? Soon known—she raised hand. Hero spoke.
"A hero"
"—?"
"—isn't about justice."
Toward all feared, shunned, undone. Irrational, impossible injustices. Hero is black company. Damn tough job. Do what others won't, lead forsaken paths, earn grudges, hatred, misery—
"Walking paths someone must, compromising not with own weakness."
Deadly Queen
Flames erupted in Melkerset's mouth from ingested blood. Kaboom!—vomiting blood, wide-eyed shock. Life-size glowing dinosaur shoved hero back; his soaring spirit sword cleaved down. Spears flew every direction. Midair, skewer-bound—hero stepped Invisible Hand, jumping loop in air. Air-treading holy sword severed one arm; Evil God's scream echoed.
"Can't even stand properly!"
"And you can't seduce one guy."
Blunt taunt crumpled her face. Wings spread, red-dress Succubus Lord ascended. Severed arm reattached; castle quaked.
"【Don't toy with gods too much】"
Resounding divine word shattered walls. Reality warped around her, storm-sucked chaos transforming.
Hero fired Fireball from memorized spellbook.
[Fireball] veers off, twisting body to avoid her.
Fireball charmed by her beauty, swerving away. Snatching midair, she wrung it like cloth into flame whip.
"【If serious, you wouldn't even be an opponent】"
Crushing pressure buckles knees.
True seriousness crushed with gravity; knees buckled, head bowed. Meeting glaring hero's unbroken spirit, she praised, revealing divinity.
