It Was an Economics YouTube Channel
An economics YouTube channel.
YouTuber.
Lately, it had become the hottest career among people in their twenties.
I hear the famous ones pull in hundreds of millions of won.
Sora knew the rumors floating around. YouTubers were that promising. Money. Recognition. It felt like becoming a celebrity—only easier—and riding that wave of fame.
"Hello, everyone~ This is Sora, the channel that explores the mysteries of economics."
She couldn't pretend the buzz hadn't affected her. Honestly, she was a little envious.
Well, it'd be nice if it worked out.
Maybe even her?
But that was only a side benefit. The real reason she'd started YouTube was something else entirely.
"Last time, we talked about what microeconomics is, right? Today, I want to go a little deeper."
It was a knowledge check. Explaining what you already knew was the most effective way to study.
This level of difficulty shouldn't be too hard, right?
And then she uploaded it. Studying and making money at the same time—two birds with one stone.
"That wraps up our explanation of microeconomics. I'll be back next time with more easy-to-understand economics stories. If today's content helped you, please like and subscribe~."
Assuming it actually took off, of course. It wasn't exactly a field that screamed popularity. At first, she'd steeled herself for the videos to simply sink without a trace.
But once she committed with real sincerity—
I filmed today's video. Should I check yesterday's comments?
Subscribers were climbing, little by little. Lately enough comments were rolling in that uploading actually felt rewarding.
Please keep uploading lots of videos ♡♡
As in micro? As in Mrs.?
Getting even hornier
.
.
.
Noona? He looks older than me.
Some of the comments were clearly missing the point. But given enough time, people would understand. Economics hadn't been easy for her either, at the start. Professors especially had a talent for making everything unnecessarily hard.
If I explain it a little more simply—and more practically—viewers who actually care will start showing up.
YouTube audiences spanned every age and gender. There had to be people out there who wanted to learn economics.
Was her effort finally bearing fruit? Subscribers kept rising steadily. She'd never seen a truly bad reaction in the comments.
"Look at this."
"Your chest?"
"My phone screen!"
"Well, you were shoving your chest at me."
A small but meaningful achievement. Sora had been ready to show off her YouTube channel with pride—
This bastard……
—and all she got was the same old sexual harassment. No matter how thick her skin had gotten, it still made her angry.
"I'm doing pretty well with this, aren't I?"
"How would I know."
"You could at least answer with a little sincerity!"
He said whatever he wanted whenever he wanted. He never took her words seriously.
Would it kill him to help?
Her senior had appeared on an internet broadcast not long ago, and it had become a massive issue. Same field—economics YouTube. She'd come asking for advice, and all he did was give her a hard time.
Sora's Economics Exploration — 157 subscribers
"Microeconomics Explained Simply by an Economics Major (2)" — 509 views · 15 hours ago
"Microeconomics Explained Simply by an Economics Major (1)" — 1.1K views · 1 day ago
She could do this on her own. Watching the subscribers and views climb filled her with quiet pride.
"I gained fifty people in a single day."
"That's impressive."
"It's still a small number, but I think I can say I've taken my first step as an economics YouTuber."
"As an economics YouTuber, huh."
"?"
And yet on a subject like that, he always managed to drop something loaded with meaning. The kind of line you couldn't help but dwell on.
No. He's just talking nonsense.
One out of ten things he said was sharp. The rest were just him trying to mess with her. Sora wasn't ignorant about YouTube. Subscribers and views were the most important metrics. By that measure, her channel was doing fine. She had no reason to flinch at her senior's words.
"But you know."
"Yes?"
"There are people in this world who don't understand no matter how many times you tell them."
"Like you, Senior?"
"No. Sometimes the words themselves might be meaningless."
"……What kind of nonsense are you spouting now."
"You'll figure it out soon enough."
Another cryptic remark. He said his piece, flashed a grin, and walked off without waiting for a reply.
This lunatic and his zen riddles.
The more you thought about her senior's words, the more you lost. Back home, Sora filmed tomorrow's video.
"Hello, everyone~ This is Sora, the channel that explores the mysteries of economics!"
She was doing well enough already. Stick to the plan and the subscribers and views would keep growing.
How can I make microeconomics even easier and more fun to explain?
And that meant her videos were being recognized. If she kept refining her craft day after day—
What if I actually become a real YouTuber? I still have my dream of being a trader.
Ad revenue might start rolling in. She might even build a fandom. Just like the popular YouTubers.
Tap, tap!
Imagination was free. She checked her channel with a light heart—and the subscriber count had gone up again.
So fresh whoa
.
.
.
The reason for that growth, however, was a little different from what she thought.
Sora's YouTube. I wasn't against her doing it.
YouTube is a solid communication channel in its own right.
Future Wall Street investors broadcast. To communicate with clients. YouTube was one of those tools. Recorded videos could fill that role just fine.
"What does micro mean? It means looking at things small, right? Microeconomics is the study of examining the whole economy in small, detailed pieces……."
Sora was thinking about this all wrong. She wasn't leveraging her talent at all.
Micro—that's Mrs., right? Of course those slutty married types love microeconomics.
You saw that type all over Dongtan New Town. And she wasn't even showing off that filthy body of hers.
On an economics channel?
That was exactly why it mattered more. Let's be real—who the hell was going to watch that crap.
"Great work today, everyone~ Next time I'll be back with even more fun and easy economics stories. If today's content helped you, please like and subscribe~."
Her voice carried well enough, though. Being a straight-A type, her tone was calm and pleasant—just listening to it put you in a good mood.
That kind of voice is popular.
That was why even this garbage stream was picking up subscribers. In "study streams," it was actually a pretty important virtue.

"CSATBom. Bom-i's Secret Study Books Revealed?! There Was a 100-Day Miracle" — 3.57M views · 1 year ago

Study YouTubers. Literally YouTubers who studied on camera. Surprisingly, a lot of people watched that.
There are even YouTubers who just pretend to study.
Once the popularity hit, some went full-time. And then it stopped being a study stream and became a stream about looking pretty while studying.
That was how it went. Subscribers caught on. Huh? Feels like she lost the plot. And then they went hunting for the real "all-natural" ones.
So fresh whoa
.
.
.
From the tits to the studying, there wasn't a single thing that wasn't all-natural. That was probably why Sora's YouTube was gaining traction.
Just like you can spot a room-salon madam, you can spot a study-stream queen at a glance.
Right now she was only filming those weird lecture videos. Crack open a few more options and the subscriber count could explode.
Tap, tap!
I wanted to help Sora's talent bloom. It mattered—for her and for me. My plans going forward needed talent. A pretty unnie to be the face of the brand.
Sora fits perfectly.
I'd had my eye on her from the first time we met. Characters that played this well on stream were rare. The problem was how stubbornly she refused. This was the chance to naturally drag her into this den.
"The voice is nice but the economics is too hard." — Confirmed.
There was a way. I also knew the direct approach was completely impossible.
"Why don't you turn on the cam? I bet it'd blow up if you did." — Confirmed.
Preaching to a brick wall. No matter what you said, she wouldn't listen. If anything, the pushback only got stronger.
"Noona my dick feels weird." — Confirmed.
Embarrassing. The preconceptions ran deep. And that was exactly why this could be a good opportunity. A place where you could do the things you normally couldn't. That was the internet's real virtue.
That's enough comment manipulation for today.
All you had to do was give someone a shove from behind. If she couldn't do it alone, summon the mob. A tiny channel like this—steering public opinion wasn't hard at all.
Corrupting one cam girl…… no. Guiding her onto the right path is just a matter of time.
Sora, and Sora's YouTube—I would remake them both.
