The First Evil Valkyrie
Leona’s current state closely resembled the half-corrupted form she had taken in Syria, yet several changes stood out sharply. First, her eyes. Sehwa’s eyes had always been gentle—straight, unslanted lids and large, clear irises that, combined with her natural beauty, drew instant affection from anyone who looked at her. Even as Leona, the fierce Beast Slayer, that softness had tempered her imposing presence. The corrupted Leona’s eyes were different. Her lids slanted more sharply upward than before, and her long lashes lent her an intensely sensual air, sharpening her overall expression into something predatory.
Second, her breasts. The change was subtle, but anyone with a keen eye would notice they had grown larger. Her nails had lengthened and sharpened into delicate points, her light-purple hair now cascaded to her waist in silky waves, and her lips—though untouched by any cosmetic—glowed a vivid, blood-red. Even the crest on her lower abdomen pulsed with a steady crimson light. Overall, she appeared far more deeply corrupted than she had been in Syria.
My appraisal was flawless. She was the very image of the wife I desired—beauty and figure perfectly aligned with my ideal. And there was one decisive difference: her aura. When she had transformed as Leona before, her energy had radiated righteousness. Now? It reeked solely of malice.
“Mmm…”
Leona finished her transformation in midair, her body righting itself before slowly descending to the ground. Her eyes opened gradually. The demonic, ominous violet irises emitted a purple glow, her vertically slit pupils fixing on me. Her voice had changed as well—from Leona’s characteristically strong and spirited tone to a mature, sultry alto.
Seated on the edge of the bed with my elbow resting on my thigh and chin propped on my hand, I smirked. With a flick of my wrist, I manipulated the Device strapped to her arm. The suit she had been wearing was instantly sucked inside it, leaving her completely bare. Her naked form was breathtaking. Though I hadn’t noticed earlier, her waist had narrowed further, and her hips had widened slightly. Even the nipples at the center of her pale breasts were a luscious pink. It was as though she had been granted an entirely new body. Her skin was not as deathly pale as Marcela’s, who rarely saw sunlight; compared to a human, it was only a shade deeper than the typical Irish complexion. The vivid red crest beneath her navel was mesmerizing.
Leona’s gaze turned toward me.
“Ah…”
Her expression was filled with reverence, as though she were beholding a god. I offered her a benevolent smile and waved my hand once more, operating the Device on her wrist.
Vwoooom!!
A deep tremor resonated from the Device, and something dark and viscous shot out, enveloping her reborn body. It was a new suit crafted specifically for her. From her toes upward, a shadowy, sticky substance coated her legs, solidifying into sleek, high-heeled dark-purple boots far more elegant and flexible than her previous ones. The same material formed long gloves that covered her arms and accommodated her elongated nails. A minimal string-like garment barely concealed her most intimate area, rising along her waist to cover only her nipples and the undersides of her breasts before stopping. A short, fluttering skirt materialized over her lower half—shorter than before, revealing the curve of her buttocks with every movement. The overall design resembled a bondage suit that left little to the imagination, the crest on her lower abdomen left blatantly exposed.
A choker with a hollow heart-shaped ornament rested around her neck. The Aether crystal that had once sat at her collarbone had descended, forming a diamond-shaped gem between her pectoral muscles—deep purple, with not a trace of its former sky-blue hue remaining.
My impression of the new suit was simple: pleasing, yet somehow lacking. As the first Evil Valkyrie and my future principal wife, this provocative design felt cheap, devoid of the noble dignity she deserved. A dress would have suited her far better. Still, there was no rush. I had plenty of time to create new attire, and now that I could openly tinker with Devices at home, refining and perfecting her suit while forging a scythe would be no trouble at all.
“Aaaah…!”
Contrary to my thoughts, Leona seemed utterly delighted with the new suit. Cupping her own face, she turned this way and that with an expression of pure rapture. Soon her eyes found me in my original form, and her body trembled violently.
“Master…!”
“Release your transformation.”
“Yes…!”
Still flushed with excitement, Leona dispelled her transformation. The Sehwa standing before me was no longer the woman she had once been. Even restored to her human appearance, her seductive figure remained unchanged. Her hair stayed light purple and undiminished in length. Her skin and eye shape were identical to the corrupted Leona’s. Both body and soul—her very essence—had been dyed completely in my colors. Releasing the transformation had merely retracted the suit; nothing else had reverted. From this moment on, no matter what she did, Sehwa would never return to her former self. She had not been forced into corruption; she had willingly offered herself as my subordinate. She was now my exclusive servant and wife, a bond no one could ever sever.
“Who are you?”
At my gentle question, Sehwa approached, knelt, and took my foot in both hands, lifting it carefully before pressing a reverent kiss to the top of it.
“Demon King Tairat… I am your humble servant, devoted only to you…♡”
“Indeed. From now on, you are both my wife and my warrior. As an Evil Valkyrie, offer me every ounce of your power.”
A female warrior who would serve evil at my side with a corrupted soul—what a fitting title. Sehwa’s body shuddered violently.
“Yes…! Reborn anew, I am your loyal servant and female slave. Everything shall be as you command…”
Female slave. The words had a pleasant ring. Satisfied, I smiled.
“Assume your human disguise.”
Sehwa rose and waved her hand over her body. Her appearance shifted—her hair shortened and turned a bright brown, her nails retracted, and her irises and pupils regained a human shape. Her skin and figure returned to their previous state. Only her eye shape remained unchanged; it seemed she had deliberately preserved it.
“Why did you keep the eyes?”
“I have no desire to return to my foolish past. And… even in disguise, I wish to retain at least this one trace of my true self, so I may always remember that I am your servant.”
She considered her reborn form her true self now? How fitting. Very well—I would indulge my wife’s first act of willfulness.
“Understood. From now on, you must maintain both this appearance and your former Leona form. Deceive the humans into believing you are still a champion of justice.”
“Yes, Master.”
“You do not ask why?”
“Because it is your command, Master.”
“A fine answer. I shall guide you to our secret base soon. But before that, there is something you must do as my newly reborn servant. Educate Yoo Seunghyun.”
Sehwa’s face twisted slightly, a clear trace of disgust surfacing.
“What is it?”
“The thought of being with that insignificant human makes my skin crawl… What should I do?”
“Reduce him to the point where he crawls on the ground just to receive your favor. After that, I will hand him over to Yuria.”
“To… Yuria?”
Sehwa tilted her head, the fox-like slant of her eyes lending her an alluring air.
“I intend to play with Yuria until she becomes like you.”
“……”
Sehwa’s delicate brows furrowed deeply. I raised one corner of my mouth.
“You’re jealous. Speak your honest feelings.”
“…The thought of being treated equally to that wretched woman displeases me. But…”
“But?”
“If it is what you desire, Master, I will gladly comply.”
Good. What I wanted was what she wanted. I approached her and gently traced the upturned corner of her eye.
“…Hnn…”
Her face flushed crimson as she began to squirm. Perhaps, like Marcela, she had developed a constitution that climaxed from my touch alone? No—that wasn’t it. It was simply that her emotional expressions had become far more honest than before.
“Begin.”
“Yes…”
Sehwa extended her hand into the air, and her smartphone floated up, flying obediently into her grasp.

“What do you mean? You’re saying you never captured those people?”
The Doctor’s voice was laced with surprise. The flustered World Coalition executive replied once more.
—That is correct. We have never heard of nor seen that organization. We certainly never received any handover from them. Had such a group existed, we would have suppressed them immediately.
“But I was told they were handed over to the World Coalition…?”
—Hmm… There may be some misunderstanding. Perhaps the records were omitted. Shall I check again? The terrorist group in Syria’s Quneitra—over sixty individuals, correct?
“Yes, that’s right. Please verify and contact me again.”
—Understood.
The Doctor fell into thought after ending the call. Jihyeok had clearly stated that the Syrian terrorist group had been handed over to the World Coalition. She had trusted his words implicitly, yet when she tried to confirm their punishment, this was the response she received. If the World Coalition was not lying, then Jihyeok had lied to her.
‘The World Coalition are untrustworthy people, but… they have no reason to lie about something like this. And Song has even less reason to lie to me…’
As the Doctor pondered this, a chilling thought pierced her mind, making her flinch. Leona had claimed she neutralized everyone involved in that horrific experiment before losing consciousness from shock. That was plausible enough—hybrids of monsters and humans were no small matter. But what if “neutralized” had actually meant “killed”? What if Jihyeok was deliberately concealing that fact?
‘If a Beast Slayer committed murder… Sehwa might never be able to transform into Leona again.’
Aether was pure power. Though it recharged through sexual acts in a mischievous manner, it was fundamentally a sacred energy meant to protect life. If Leona had killed even one person at that facility… she might no longer be able to wield that power meant to safeguard humanity.
The Doctor picked up her phone, intending to call Jihyeok, but soon shook her head.
‘I’ll confirm it myself.’
With that decision, she began rapidly typing on her computer. If she hacked the Syrian government and deployed reconnaissance drones, the truth would soon come to light.
