Ordinary Attire, an Indecent Figure, and Zombies (2)
Every time Aunt Hye-yeon took a step, her liberated breasts jiggled♡ And whenever she absentmindedly crossed her arms out of habit, her upper chest swelled up high, bouncing boing-boing♡ Add to that the sharp axe-mark of her camel toe and those plump thighs peeking over shorts that were barely different from hot pants.
My reason, which had held out for quite a while, finally surrendered. My eyes, now filled with lust, began tracking her.
Pretending to gather info on my phone, I stole sidelong glances at that seductive sight—her hidden tits, no, her head-turning allure. In that moment, even the despair of the 'zombie apocalypse' seemed to fade away.
Damn... how the hell does a woman in her forties have a body like that? No, it's straight-up cheating without any padding.
Meanwhile, as I inwardly marveled at Aunt Hye-yeon's explosive yet perfectly sculpted figure, she finished hanging the washed clothes on the drying rack and headed to the kitchen.
"Minwoo, should we start prepping dinner now?"
"Yeah, Aunt. I'll help."
Following her as she moved to get dinner ready, I stood up, my eyes locked on her ass swaying just as dizzyingly as her no-bra mammaries.
But then.
Something happened that dragged us both back to the brutal reality.
Thud!
A dull sound echoed from behind us as we headed to the kitchen. Aunt Hye-yeon and I whipped our heads around simultaneously, and there it was—a shadow of a person hanging upside down against the living room curtain.
Along with it came a beastly growl piercing through the tightly shut glass window right by our ears.
Keeeehhehehek!
Grrrruk... Thud... Thud...
A sharp wail followed by the zombie's flailing limbs pounding repeatedly against the glass.
My body froze for a moment at the completely unexpected assault(?). But then a sharp tingle shot through my head, and my reason-based judgment sharpened rapidly.
Right away, I bolted toward the baseball bat and spear made from a kitchen knife I'd left by the sofa.
"Aunt, take this and stay back for now. Come help when I call you."
"Uh... Got it."
I handed her the bat, gripped the spear, and approached the curtain. Listening to her quickened breathing from behind, I pulled it aside.
Shrrriiiip!
Kyaaahaaak!!
Tudududung! Clack clack clack!
The moment the curtain hiding the window vanished, the lone female zombie spotted us and went absolutely berserk. Separate from the revulsion at her blood-smeared mouth clacking its teeth, I quickly opened the window she'd been pounding.
It would be a hassle if the glass shattered from the repeated impacts.
Creak...
Bloody red-black stains and even hairline cracks marred the window as it opened, and first came the fishy, musty stench of a corpse.
"Ugh..."
My face wrinkled instinctively at the smell, instantly making the unreal 'zombie' feel all too real. I closely examined the thing reaching its arm toward the inside of the house.
Five seconds to scan the upside-down zombie flailing its arms from head to toe. Short time for deduction, but my app-enhanced brain spun rapidly and reached one conclusion.
This situation was just plain bad luck.
Strings tangled around its ankle—it must've wandered the rooftop, got caught, and fell. And the rope's just the right length to stop right at our place... Figures.
The next moment, despite the absurdity of this freak accident, instead of cutting the rope, I used the spear to push the zombie's thigh, slowly rotating it.
Not just to find an effective way to deal with the thing dangling from the rope, but to safely observe the zombie up close during this opportunity.
And so, I began my 'investigation,' poking the zombie—whose side was already gouged by the knife at the spear's tip—with prods.
Stab!
Kahooo!
Stab!
Grroooaaargh!
Thrust after thrust, dozens of times, its cries growing more grotesque. I left knife marks all over its body except the head, confirming one unproven fact.
Zombies don't die even if you stab their limbs or deeply pierce the heart.
So, gotta smash the head or sever the neck to kill 'em?
Schluuuurp...
Thinking clichés exist for a reason, I yanked the kitchen knife from between what looked like B-cup tits.
That's when I spotted a horde of zombies drawn by the noise of their kin under live experimentation. Easily fifty of them.
Keekeegeegik!
Guoooo...
Squinting against the unyielding sunlight, rot-black blood dripping, they lifted their heads toward our building. Every time the experimental Subject 1 groaned from its wounds, the zombies on the first floor wailed in response.
Suddenly, I wondered why they were milling around the apartment entrance instead of coming up.
Drawn by the noise all the way here, but why stick to the first floor? Stairs issue?
I opened a window farther from the subject and looked down. A barricade blocked the entrance to our 3-4 line. Not some haphazard pile, but a sturdy one made from wooden furniture and large appliances like fridges.
Meaning, among the survivors left in our apartment, someone—or a group—with the knowledge and guts to build that was on the first floor.
No barricade last night. So they built it sneaking around at dawn...
Pondering if contacting whoever barricaded the entrance would be a net gain, I decided drawing more attention from zombies or survivors was too risky. I jammed the kitchen knife into Subject 1's pitch-black eyeball.
Puguguguk!
Kerrgh...
The Weapon Mastery-enhanced blade pierced the eyeball, slicing the brain. With a death rattle, the zombie stiffened.
Its body convulsed briefly before going limp. From corpse-like to a true 'corpse.' Confirmed the 'brain' was the weak point as expected. Time to send it back to its kin.
Right then.
I sawed the knife blade against the rope back and forth dozens of times.
Snap! Snap snap...
Crack!
The rope tangled at ceiling height snapped, and Subject 1's corpse began freefall.
Soon, thud! It crashed onto the horde below. Under the burst-apart body, three or four unlucky zombies lay crushed. From a 7-story drop, the ~50kg corpse pulped their upper bodies, spilling black fluids.
Staring at the scene, revulsion gave way to something like pleasure. I'd never hunted before, but it felt just like that.
Is this the Fear Immunity skill too?

Meanwhile, as Kim Minwoo experimented on the rope-dangling zombie, testing this and that, Lee Hye-yeon watching him saw it a bit differently.
The grotesque zombie thrashing its limbs nonstop, clacking its teeth. And Minwoo relentlessly stabbing it, fighting desperately to keep it from the window.
Her nephew, just like her, facing all this for the first time and scared, yet risking his life to fight... Gratitude, emotion, guilt, and maternal instinct swirled inside her.
Minwoo's risking his life working that hard... I need to find a way to help too...

A moment later.
As I closed the open window and redrew the curtain, my pocket phone vibrated three times in a row.
Bzzz bzzz bzzz...
No way...
No active quests, so I hurriedly pulled it out, thinking it might be an urgent call from Mom.
Instead, three notifications from the 'MILF Collector' app topped with an 'M' filled the screen.
Achievements are like this... And 23 MP? Nice.
Wrapped up in questions about what 'achievements' really were and distracted by the 23 MP reward.
Squiiiish♡
A soft sensation pressed against my lower back. Aunt Hye-yeon, who'd been watching from behind, had wrapped me in a back hug.
Her voice, laced with a hint of tears, followed.
"Minwoo, you okay? Not hurt anywhere?"
"Yeah, Aunt. I'm fine."
"Really? Thank goodness... How're you feeling, though?"
Even after my reassurance, Hye-yeon Aunt turned me around, scanning my whole body. Then, staring into my eyes, she suddenly asked about my 'feelings'—her gaze full of worry.
In that instant.
A little voice inside me whispered.
This is my chance.
"Aunt... Even knowing it's a zombie, ngh..."
