The Goblin Courier
The figure hidden behind the oversized bag was a goblin distinguished by an unusually large hooked nose and sharp eyes. This goblin was larger than the ones living in Eden, dressed in neat clothes and wearing a monocle. He adjusted the straps of the bag on his back and glanced around nervously. After seeing only ragged, squeaking goblins behaving strangely in the fields, encountering one from another dimension in such a completely different form felt oddly fascinating. As I observed him closely, our eyes met. The goblin who had locked gazes with me looked me up and down, then stretched his mouth into a wide grin before striding over.
“Kigik, beautiful lady. Are you perchance a servant of the Goddess Erutina?”
“Yes.”
Though only an honorary nun, I was indeed a servant of the Goddess Erutina, so I answered truthfully. Hearing my reply, the goblin bared his pointed teeth in a broad laugh.
“Kilkilkil~ I thought so. Do you know the way to the temple?”
“Hm?”
He pointed with a long, slender finger at a note he had pulled from his front pocket. The crooked Hangul written there indicated the location of the Erutina Temple. What was this? A devotee looking for the temple?
“What business do you have there?”
“I’m a courier dispatched from the Central Grand Temple. I have something to deliver to the Earth-dimension branch. Kikikit.”
“I see.”
“Ah, you don’t believe me? Allow me to show you my credentials.”
The plaque the goblin produced from another pocket bore the symbol of the Goddess Erutina, along with writing in an unknown language. I couldn’t read the script, but the presence of the goddess’s emblem confirmed he was indeed a courier.
“My companion will be out shortly. I’ll guide you then. Please wait a moment.”
“Yes, yes. Of course, Sister.”
He set the heavy-looking bag down on the ground and took a seat a short distance from the chair where I sat, pulling out a handkerchief to wipe his brow. Waiting idly for Ruya to emerge would be boring, so I spoke first.
“I’m Elisha Drivyk. What’s your name?”
“Grimbul, at your service, Sister Elisha.”
“Pleased to meet you, Grimbul. And you don’t need to call me Sister—I’m only an honorary nun.”
“Kikikit, an honorary nun is still a nun who serves the Goddess Erutina.”
Grimbul removed his hat and wiped the sweat from his completely bald head. His appearance resembled the monsters from my memories, yet he spoke fluently—it felt both strange and intriguing.
“How did you know I was a nun of Erutina? I’m not wearing the habit, and my holy scar is covered.”
“You may not realize it yourself, Sister, but I can sense a very faint divine power. Any beautiful human woman who radiates the Goddess Erutina’s divine energy is, without exception, a nun.”
“I have divine power?”
I couldn’t feel anything myself, so Grimbul’s words surprised me.
“Indeed. The Goddess’s blessing is clearly present.”
“How curious.”
“Kihihik. The more you encounter it, the more naturally you’ll sense it.”
I had offered prayers to the Goddess during intercourse, but with so few instances, I’d assumed it would take years. I never imagined divine power had already taken root within me. Oh, then did that mean I was becoming a doll capable of wielding dragon-tongue magic, succubus essence, and divine power? It seemed I had become an exceptionally capable and rare doll. Feeling a surge of pride in my value as a doll, I chatted a little longer with the goblin, who kept chuckling while fiddling with his prominent nose.
Then, from the corridor on the side rather than the direction of the inspection desk, I spotted Ruya emerging with a trudging gait.
“Ruya!”
At my call she merely raised a hand and walked over silently, taking the seat beside me with a heavy sigh.
“Huu~ I thought I was going to die.”
“Did something happen? I was worried because you took so long.”
“Mm, the uterine parasite passed without issue, but when they added the tentacle tail they said I needed a detailed examination, so I had to go to the inspection room.”
“They let me through without a word, so I assumed you’d be the same. They’re really doing inspections?”
“I don’t know why either. Anyway, while I was being examined in the inspection room, the tentacles… ugh…”
“Ah.”
Connecting the tentacles she mentioned with the inspection room brought one figure to mind. The examiner who had inspected me when I first arrived on Earth?
“It was an examination by a species made of tentacles, right?”
“Yeah. The feeling of being violated in every corner of my body by tentacles was really…”
She shook her head while rubbing her arms. It made sense—back then I’d even heard that it had been a long time since anyone submitted to the examination willingly. The method provoked a visceral revulsion.
“Anyway, there were no problems, right?”
“What problems could there be? I’m such a well-behaved girl.”
Ruya shook her head, then glanced at Grimbul, who was sitting a little apart and sneaking looks our way. She leaned slightly toward me and whispered.
“By the way, what’s with that goblin? Do you know him?”
“He’s a courier named Grimbul who came looking for the Erutina Temple. Grimbul, this is Ruya Agrasil, another honorary nun like me.”
“Kihihit, pleased to meet you, Sister.”
“Uh… nice to meet you.”
Unlike Grimbul, who greeted her with a cheerful smile, Ruya responded with a somewhat awkward, lukewarm expression. After the slightly stiff introductions, I spoke up.
“Let’s head home now.”
“Oh, Gwangnam said he’d come pick us up. Let’s wait a bit.”
She took out her phone from her pocket and called Gwangnam. After informing him of our arrival and asking him to come get us, she ended the call.
“He said he’s leaving right away, so it won’t take long.”
“How is he coming to pick us up? By taxi?”
“Hehe, while we were back on Earth during the war reconstruction, we bought a used car that was on the market for a cheap price. It’s secondhand, but it was originally an expensive model, so it’s really nice.”
“Gwangnam oppa could drive?”
“Actually, he had a dormant license for almost eight years, so he’s been practicing like crazy to drive again.”
Ruya laughed as she described Gwangnam oppa gripping the steering wheel with trembling hands. It was a funny image—a veteran hunter who had braved countless dangers shaking at the mere prospect of driving.
After chatting for a while, a massive white vehicle appeared in the distance, standing out conspicuously among the other cars with its sheer size. I was wondering what kind of vehicle it was when it gradually approached the road in front of the dimension management office where we were waiting.
“Ruya, don’t tell me that car is…”
“Yep. It’s a huge camper that can seat up to six people. You can tell it’s expensive, right?”
“It does look expensive, but it’s also incredibly conspicuous.”
Its size rivaled most armored vehicles, making it impossible to miss. While I stared blankly, the window of the vehicle that had stopped in front of us rolled down, revealing Gwangnam oppa’s smiling face—someone I hadn’t seen in a long time.
“Hey, ladies! Get in!”
“Ugh! I told you not to do such tacky things!”
“It’s been a while, oppa!”
“Hahaha! Long time no see!”
Apart from his face being a little tanned, Gwangnam oppa looked perfectly fine, which was a relief to see.
“Hurry up and get in! Everyone’s waiting at home.”
“Oh, right, we have a guest looking for the temple.”
“A guest?”
“This is Mr. Grimbul. He’s a courier.”
“Kihit, greetings!”
“Uh…”
When I introduced Grimbul, who had shouldered his bag and was now standing beside us, oppa’s face turned just as bewildered as Ruya’s had been. He blinked several times as if doubting his eyes, then forced an awkward smile.
“Haha, hello. Nice to meet you.”
“Come on, let’s get in.”
At Ruya’s urging, we opened the door in the middle section and climbed inside. The interior was divided into several small compartments: a kitchen area with a sink and small refrigerator, a space with a table and chairs, and sleeping quarters. Once Grimbul and I had settled into seats, Ruya, who had closed the door behind her, spoke to oppa in the driver’s seat.
“Door’s closed. You can go now.”
“Okay~”
After oppa’s reply, the vehicle began moving with a heavy, solid feel. Ruya spread her arms proudly.
“Well? Nice ride, right?”
“I’ve never seen a car like this before. So a camper means you can eat and sleep inside the vehicle.”
“We go on trips sometimes during hunter vacations. With this, we can go anywhere the car can reach and stay there.”
“Come to think of it, I’ve never traveled in the Earth dimension.”
“Korea’s a small country, but there are surprisingly many places worth seeing. They say a lot of cultural heritage was lost in the recent war, but there are still plenty of good spots for travel.”
During the drive home, Ruya told me about the damage caused by the war. The intense fighting in the mid-to-late stages had devastated the southern regions, but cities and cultural assets in the north had suffered relatively little. Because the machine soldiers prioritized territorial occupation, human casualties were high, but structural damage was comparatively low. Conversely, the south— the main invasion route during the mid-to-late war—had seen fierce battles and urban warfare, and the Japanese Empire had razed cities under the pretext of preventing guerrilla activity.
“They slapped the Japanese Empire with enormous war reparations, but it’s still a shame that destroyed cultural artifacts and buildings can never be restored.”
“I still don’t understand why the Japanese Empire insisted on continuing the war to that extent.”
“How would we know what war fanatics are thinking?”
“Ladies! We’re here!”
At Gwangnam oppa’s announcement, we got out of the car and saw the wall of our house building. There was a small empty lot beside the house that seemed to be used as a parking space. Ruya and I got out in turn, and Grimbul was the last to close the car door. Then Gwangnam oppa, who had stepped out of the driver’s seat, spread his arms and pulled both Ruya and me into a hug, kissing Ruya first. He then brought his tongue—still slick with her saliva—straight to my mouth. I parted my lips obediently, mingling my tongue with theirs in a deep kiss that mixed Ruya’s and oppa’s fluids. After the brief but intense kiss, he released us and asked,
“Welcome back. No injuries, right?”
“Ugh, if anything, I was living so well I was about to gain weight.”
“I was fine too.”
“That’s a relief. Health comes first, always.”
While we were talking, Grimbul, who had been standing a little apart with a smile, spoke up first.
“Kihihi, thank you for bringing me here. I’ll be on my way to take care of business now.”
“Yes, take care.”
Holding his hat in one hand, he bowed politely and headed toward the temple door beside our house. Watching his retreating figure—half-hidden by the large bag—oppa turned his head, draped his arms over our shoulders, and said,
“Come on, let’s go inside. It’s been a while since the whole family’s together, so today’s a celebration party!”
“Hmph, what’s with the celebration party…”
Though she put on a sulky expression at the mention of a party, Ruya secretly looked pleased, even rubbing her chest a little. The moment we opened the door and stepped inside, there was a loud pop~ of firecrackers, and flower petals scattered through the air.
“Welcome back-nyang!”
“What? Why are you even setting off firecrackers?”
“You said it was a celebration party, didn’t you-nyang? I heard this is what they do at parties in Korea-nyang.”
“That’s usually for birthday parties.”
“Hohoho, since we’re celebrating anyway, shouldn’t it be fun? My dear husband.”
“Well, you’ve got a point!”
Charlotte and Madam looked exactly as they had before we left, wearing small party hats and holding firecrackers. When our eyes met Madam’s—she was smiling and chatting with oppa—we silently bowed our heads and clasped our hands respectfully in greeting. The moment we entered the house, Ruya naturally slipped back into her role as a submissive concubine, lightly touching Gwangnam oppa’s coat.
“Husband, let me help you with your coat.”
“Oh, right. Everything’s prepared, yeah?”
“Yes, the maids worked hard.”
Huh? The maids had all fled to their own homes to escape the war—had they already been gathered again? While Ruya took oppa’s coat to hang it up, we moved to the living room. Various dishes were laid out on the table, with Gwangnam oppa and Madam seated side by side at the head. The rest of the concubines took their seats in order. Perhaps because it was a family party, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we could chat freely without restrictions on what the concubines could say while eating.
“By the way, what’s that strange tail hanging behind Ruya and Elisha? Some kind of decoration?”
“It’s not a decoration—it’s a tentacle tail, a symbiotic tentacle organism.”
“Uh… so where exactly is it symbiotic? Don’t tell me…”
His brow furrowed with a serious expression. Ruya answered with a meaningful smile.
“It’s a creature that enters through the anus and lives symbiotically.”
“Really? How on earth did you get infected with something like that?”
“We had to deal with monsters that crossed the dimensional gate in Eden. At that time…”
We explained what had happened in Eden to oppa, who was curious about the tentacle tails. The family looked dumbfounded after hearing the story involving me, the tentacle tail, and Ruya, but they didn’t seem particularly worried.
“Still, it’s a relief that it’s such a docile creature-nyang.”
“You don’t seem that concerned?”
“Hoho, when you work as a hunter, you hear about all kinds of incidents. There are parasites that enter through the anus and eat your intestines, so this level is practically beneficial insects.”
“Let me see it. I’m curious.”
At oppa’s request to see it, Ruya and I immediately stood up, lifted our skirts, and presented our buttocks. As he closely examined our exposed rears side by side, I felt his hand touching the tails.
“It really is stuck right on the anus.”
“How strange-nyang.”
“Can you feel anything through it?”
“No, it moves separately in a detached state.”
After carefully observing the connection point between the tail and anus by spreading our buttocks himself, Gwangnam oppa gave each of us a light smack on the rear.
Smack! Smack!
“Somehow it feels arousing? That’s enough—sit back down now.”
“Yes, Husband.”
“Yes, oppa.”
Once we had sat back down, using our tails as cushions, oppa took a sip of beer and asked,
“By the way, I heard you participated in the war on Earth while we were away on the request. Tell us the story.”
“Don’t you already know everything?”
“Hey, hearing it secondhand and hearing the firsthand account from the person themselves are completely different.”
“I want to hear it too-nyang.”
“Hohoho, I’d also like to hear about your exploits.”
At Charlotte’s urging—her vertically slit cat eyes sparkling as she swished her tail—and Madam’s prompting, who was covering her mouth with a smile but pressuring us with her gaze, I opened my mouth.
