The Great Orc Unification
The journey of orc tribe unification, led by Dahgon and begun by absorbing the first village, grew steadily larger as we moved eastward. Sitting atop the vehicle, I measured the enormous number of orcs filling the surroundings with an analysis program and spoke.
“Wow~ Including the last tribe, that’s a total of 53,471 orcs. That’s really an incredible number.”
“How far do you think it will grow?”
“Who knows. It feels like things are getting bigger than expected.”
When I tapped the tail that had been supporting my hips and lifting my body, it slowly lowered me onto the vehicle’s roof. Feeling the gazes of the orcs peering at us through the windows, I spoke.
“The way they’re looking at us is a bit intense, isn’t it?”
“Because we are the chieftain’s females. Our very existence must be reinforcing Dahgon’s dominance.”
“At this rate, I wonder if we’re actually going to end up founding an orc nation.”
“Huhu, if we really do, shall we try being queens of the orc kingdom?”
“Oh please, count me out.”
I was a busy body who had to wander wherever I was needed, so I had no intention of settling in one place. While talking with Isabel, the next place we arrived at was the one we had visited before—the midway village where Dahgon’s original tribe, which had coexisted with orcs, was staying.
The women and orcs of the midway village fell into confusion upon seeing an orc army nearing 60,000, but calmed down once they saw me and Dahgon. Leaving the orcs outside, we gathered inside Galina’s house within the outpost and exchanged greetings while catching up.
“I never thought we would meet again like this.”
“Me neither. Have you been well?”
“It’s been quite a quiet place, after all. But those orcs you brought—what exactly…?”
“Dahgon is gathering orcs who have accepted coexistence with humans. We plan to collect as many as possible while heading east.”
“I had a feeling he was no ordinary orc, and he really isn’t. So, will you be taking the orcs from here as well?”
“Hmm… That’s something for Dahgon to decide.”
Dahgon, who had been sitting between Isabel and me listening to our conversation, opened his mouth.
“Krrk, we leave them.”
“Hek! The orc is speaking human language?”
“Hoho, I taught him.”
“Dahgon is intelligent, after all. But you’re leaving them? Why?”
“The orcs here have already paired with the human females of this place. It is better to leave them.”
He said this while lightly poking Galina’s belly with his thick finger.
“She is already carrying a child. They will coexist well on their own.”
“Oh my, how did you…?”
“A female carrying an orc’s child gives off a distinctive scent.”
“Hee… I see.”
So orcs could distinguish by scent when a female was carrying an orc’s child. That was new to me.
Anyway, after making the decision to leave them, Dahgon called the current chieftain and gave him several instructions before we set off again. We encountered several more small orc groups along the way. We accepted those who wished to coexist and left the others alone, continuing our march.
During the journey, the food problem for the tens of thousands of orcs was solved by gathering fruits or harvesting abandoned grains from the fields and cooking them.
“You grind these grain kernels well like this, add water, form them into a lump, and bake them on a heated stone over the fire.”
“Krrk?”
“No, I even gave you a ring, so why can’t you understand? Here, follow me.”
Unable to watch the orcs eating grain raw without any preparation, I tried teaching them a simple cooking method, but since they wouldn’t listen even when spoken to, I had to demonstrate it myself before they could barely follow along.
“Yes! That’s how you do it. See, it’s much better to eat now, right?”
“Krrk, krrrk.”
“Now go tell the other orcs too. Hurry. Geez.”
“Huhu, you look just like a benevolent queen caring for her people.”
“Stop calling me benevolent. I’m getting sick of hearing it.”
Seeing Isabel wandering around with her increasingly swollen belly, I couldn’t help but step in and teach them myself. Strangely, the orcs began following me more and more, which was already making me feel awkward.
“Krrk, this. Krrk.”
“Ah, you peel that and wrap it in large leaves before putting it in the fire…”
While I was explaining the cooking method to an orc who had dug up a root vegetable from the ground, a loud noise began to be heard from afar. Wondering what was going on, I climbed a nearby tree, supported my body with my tail, and looked closely. I saw Dahgon and his subordinates returning from the outskirts of the orc group, skewering various animal-type monsters on trees.
“What happened?”
“Dahgon went hunting and came back. He caught quite a lot this time.”
“We’ll need to prepare more fires.”
After jumping down from the tree and landing, I urged the orcs to pile up wood and used magic to light the fires. Thanks to the orcs who now followed my words without hesitation, dozens of bonfires were created in an instant.
“Go get those leaves I told you to pick last time. Go quickly and bring a lot.”
“Krrk?”
“Agh, these ignorant orcs. This! Bring me the same as this.”
“Krrrk.”
When I took out a leaf from my pocket that removed the gamey smell from meat and showed it to the orc who was tilting his head stupidly, he finally understood and ran off with large strides.
In the meantime, Dahgon and his subordinates arrived where we were and began laying down their prey on the ground.
“Krrk, I’m back.”
“Good work. You got quite a lot this time.”
“The subordinates have begun to understand efficient herding hunts. Hunting efficiency has improved.”
“Even though it’s hard to make them understand, their intelligence isn’t completely hopeless. If you teach them, they do learn.”
“I will handle the subordinates and the prey.”
“Okay.”
Dahgon deliberately stroked my head in front of everyone before walking over to his subordinates and beginning to give orders. These were actions he took on purpose to show the existence of a submissive female to the orcs.
“By the way, Isabel? What are you doing?”
When I looked to see what she was doing sitting on a rock, she had taken off her top and was having an orc milk her. Isabel’s breasts, which had become much larger and more cow-like and voluptuous than before, were being squeezed by the orc’s thick hands, changing shape as white breast milk spurted out. Isabel watched her own breast milk slowly filling the container and answered my question.
“It would be a waste not to use such good food when we have it. I’m doing dairy cow work for the first time in a while. Elisha, how about milking yourself and feeding the orcs who worked hard hunting? As a reward from the chieftain’s female.”
“Hmm, that really sounds like a dairy cow.”
“Because I am a dairy cow. Come on, I’ve finished milking, so hurry up and take off your clothes and ask to be milked.”
“Alright, wait a moment.”
Unable to resist Isabel’s urging, I answered and took off my top, manipulating the dairy cow-style underwear that lowered the part supporting my breasts to expose them. My breasts, swollen and taut with breast milk, swayed, showing off their presence.
“Here, milk me quickly.”
“Krrk.”
The orc who had been milking Isabel approached with another container and stood in front of me. Holding the container in one hand and grabbing my breast with the other, the orc began milking me with skillful hand movements.
“Ah, hnng….”
“Huhu, it feels good to be milked, doesn’t it?”
“I knew it would, but it really does feel good. Haa….”
Every time the breast milk filling my milk ducts was drawn out, a refreshing pleasure spread through me. Even though it hadn’t been milked for a long time, the breast milk, kept fresh by the slime, boasted a fresh, milky white color as it filled the container. After completely milking one breast with skillful movements and moving on to the other, the orc paused when the container was full and brought another one.
“Oh my, your breasts are definitely larger, so the amount of milk is greater too. I barely managed to fill one container. I’m jealous.”
“Geez, I didn’t notice it usually because I was used to it, but after milking, I can feel the difference in weight.”
“Shall I taste it a bit?”
She scooped up the breast milk I had expressed into the container with her hand and tasted it. Then, after drinking the milk and smacking her lips, she spoke.
“It’s rich and sweet—really good flavor.”
Being continuously praised made me feel strangely good, which was a bit of an odd sensation.
After skinning the animal-type monsters and draining the blood, I applied the juice of the herb for removing gamey smells, lightly sprinkled ground rock salt, and carefully roasted them over the lit fires. The orcs, drawn by the savory smell of the well-cooked meat, swallowed their saliva and stared intently at me as I cooked.
“It’s done. I’ll cut it, so come and take it.”
“Krrk.”
“Krrrng.”
The sub-chieftains who commanded each group under the great chieftain Dahgon took their allotted portions of meat in turn. Feeding all the orcs was impossible, but sharing with the sub-chieftains was feasible. Among the sub-chieftains who received meat, some took it back to their own groups. They probably intended to share it with their members.
The largest and best meat went to Dahgon, who had done the hunting, and his direct subordinates. Freshly expressed breast milk was served alongside it.
“Krrk, this tastes good.”
“Really? I’m glad you like it. Eat a lot.”
“Krrk, good.”
“Delicious.”
Dahgon’s direct subordinates, who were enjoying the meat, fruit, and breast milk, were a kind of elite guard composed of particularly strong and loyal orcs. Sitting in a circle at the center of the group, the guards were noticeably larger in build than the other orcs and wore better equipment, giving off an imposing presence.
Sitting next to Dahgon, who was eating, I asked.
“We’ll soon reach near Babatus. Last time we came, there were nearly 60,000 orcs, but over a year has passed, so I wonder what it’s like now.”
“Krrk, the orcs there. They were subjugated and scattered.”
“Ah, really? Since it’s a granary region, they must have prioritized cleaning it up.”
“We pass Babatus and keep going east.”
“If we keep going east…”
Looking at the map in my head, the far eastern part of Xenuma near the Ryuzan border was still an uninhabited area. Unlike the northeast inland where the sea came in, this was a protruding terrain toward the sea, with many cliffs and wide stretches of coastline. I had heard that ferocious marine monsters mainly inhabited the area.
“It’s wide, but since it’s surrounded by sea on three sides, it’s frequently attacked by marine monsters, so humans don’t live there.”
“Krrk, sea monsters. Good food for orcs. Plenty to eat.”
“Eek, you even eat sea monsters? Then it must be a good place to live.”
“The entrance is narrow and the interior is wide, so it’s good for defense too. With abundant rainfall and a large river flowing through the center, it’s good for farming as well. If we can deal with the sea monsters, it’s a good land for humans to live on too.”
“Is this the land Isabel recommended?”
“Yes, I thought it would be perfect for the orcs to settle in one place and establish a kingdom.”
Clearly, at first it seemed like we were trying to gather orcs who wanted to coexist with humans and settle them on human land, but before I knew it, the establishment of an orc kingdom was being discussed.
“At this rate, we might really end up founding an orc kingdom.”
“Huhu, as they gradually transform into the ork species, it will become an ork kingdom, though.”
“Huh? Even if orcs and orks have children, orks are born?”
“Just as orcs are born between humans and orcs, orks are absolutely dominant between orcs and orks too. As generations pass, in the end only the single ork species will remain.”
“Hee….”
Replacement of the original species by a new species… Evolution really is mysterious.
We continued moving toward the eastern end like that. Most of the orc villages that had been driven out and scattered by humans bowed their heads and joined before Dahgon’s imposing force, but there were exceptions. Even now, facing a massive force nearing 100,000, there was a brave orc who challenged Dahgon to a duel.
With countless orcs watching, Dahgon and the brave orc stepped forward, facing each other with weapons raised.
“Kroooar!”
“Krrk.”
Clang! Clang!
When the orc who charged first with his weapon raised had his attack lightly deflected, Dahgon’s axe swung after a beat, and the orc hurriedly blocked or counterattacked, repeating the exchange.
“Why doesn’t he finish it right away? The skill difference is obvious.”
“He must appreciate the courage. It seems he wants to make him a subordinate rather than kill him.”
“Hmm….”
As time passed, a sense of defeat gradually appeared on the face of the orc who was swinging an iron greatsword he had somehow obtained. Eventually, when the orc dropped the greatsword from his hand and knelt, Dahgon approached, placed a hand on his shoulder, and said a few words in orc language. The orc then bowed his head in salute.
The orcs who had been watching with tense eyes let out cheers and began chanting the orc words for Great Chieftain Dahgon.
“Showing overwhelming power to establish authority and displaying mercy to a brave opponent. A classic king’s image.”
“It looks good.”
A brief welcoming ceremony was held for the newly joined orcs, and at that place, the brave orc who had directly faced Dahgon was granted the position of sub-chieftain. And for the milk-sharing ritual that Dahgon had newly created as tradition, I was milked in front of countless orcs.
According to what I heard from Dahgon, receiving breast milk expressed from the great chieftain’s female was considered proof of becoming a member of the tribe. They felt pride that the evidence of being recognized by the great chieftain became part of their own blood and flesh. So, for the ritual, I knelt and sat in front of everyone while Dahgon personally milked my breasts and bestowed it upon the orc who had become a sub-chieftain, who drank it in one gulp with a moved expression.
While the orcs were sharing food and building camaraderie, I returned to the vehicle and sat in front of Isabel.
“Phew, it’s something I do every time, but every time it feels strange.”
“You worked hard. Still, the new ritual you created is working well in proportion to the effort.”
“It does seem like the sense of kinship has become stronger. Orcs are a race that fights a lot even among their own kind.”
“Because they are gathering as one centered around Dahgon as the great chieftain. He’s firmly controlling them with rituals and actions that work well on simple orcs.”
“As expected, he’s smart.”
Advancing steadily while integrating the orcs like that, by the time Dahgon’s force reached its destination, it had become a massive power commanding an enormous number of 150,000.
