Prologue - A Path Open to All
As of the year 21xx, legislation on women's Childbirth Duty obligations has been passed. Please familiarize yourselves with these provisions and refrain from causing any disturbances whenever possible.
1. Each year, outstanding women meeting the national standards will be recruited to complete the training process for Childbirth Duty. The standard training period is 3 years, though it may be extended based on the trainee's attitude and mental state. Using resident registration records, adults who have passed their 20th birthday face approximately a 1/1000 probability of selection.
2. If you fear selection under item 1, you may voluntarily complete the training process for Childbirth Duty. In such cases, the period is reduced by 50% to 1 year and 6 months, and it will not be extended barring any major incidents.
3. Individuals who fail to fulfill their Childbirth Duty by age 30 will be forcibly confined to the Slave Reception Center for Childbirth Duty. Release is impossible until the duty is completed, so those who wish to avoid wasting their lives should make the wise choice.
4. Criminal offenders will be imprisoned in the Slave Reception Center and subjected to rigorous training for Childbirth Duty. Upon completion, they will become subjects of the social system known as the Shared Property System.
5. Those facing financial hardship and in need of money may voluntarily become subjects of the Shared Property System. Compensation is calculated annually, with benefits including various welfare services, pregnancy allowances, and job placement assistance after the term ends.
Failure to familiarize yourself with these provisions, engaging in outbursts, or refusing Childbirth Duty will result in severe punishment commensurate with the offense. This serves as prior notice.
