Wanna Try Solo Streaming? (4)
She'd stuck to Dorzan and Peno, but her stamina was already depleted. On top of that, Orban unleashed a mud spray that wasn't limited to enemies—it affected allies too.
Zzt— A slimy sensation prickled across Nam Ha-neul.
'Intentional. He's intentionally trolling...'
One of the types you inevitably run into while gaming: the intentional troll. People who deliberately throw games for all sorts of reasons. Back in the day, Nam Ha-neul had been mistaken for one of them due to pure skill deficits.
From the chat, it seemed like he was the type who throws when he gets bounced to support. It happened sometimes—you end up on an unpopular lane you didn't want.
"Eek...!"
But Nam Ha-neul had no intention of rolling over. Hong Su-yeon might be watching, after all. She couldn't bear to lose in front of a god.
Focus activated!
Tzzt— Along with the activation alert, the world slowed around her. In this slow-motion realm, Nam Ha-neul eyed Orban's recklessly flying mud blobs.
One, two, three, four. She reflected every big and small clump, and the mud slammed back into Orban. His movement slowed to a crawl—practically frozen—and Nam Ha-neul used him as a shield to block Dorzan and Peno's skills while slipping into position.
TopRider has been slain.
Orban finally succumbed to accumulated damage, but Nam Ha-neul preserved about 30% HP. Thanks to his reckless push, her Osya was a level ahead of the enemy champs.
She reflected Peno's smoke blob to blind Dorzan's vision first, then moved in.
Slash— A flash of light, and Peno's body crumpled in Osya's wake, dissipating.
TastySalt has been slain.
Then Dorzan's wooden dolls rose twice along Osya's trajectory. Each clutched a wooden ball and hurled it wildly.
Clang— One ball flew back to topple a doll; the other hit Osya square. But with HP to spare, Nam Ha-neul charged Dorzan without pause.
Another flash, and Dorzan's body collapsed in Osya's sword path.
PantiesAreDelicious has been slain.
DOUBLE KILL!
As the skill ended, Nam Ha-neul gasped for breath.
The chat reactions were stunned. She didn't have the image of a skilled player. Sure, those who'd watched Cherry's stream knew she was decent, but the first-stream meltdown and bathroom escape had cemented her as a noob in many eyes.
The contrast made it hit harder—like how one bad game sticks out more from a streak of goods.
Viewers were imprinting her skilled plays as a surprise.
She cleared the wave and headed home. Right on cue, the respawned Orban bolted for top.
"Ah—!!"
The allied top spammed question mark pings over Orban's path, panicking.
"Ah... uh, wh-what do I do...?"
Her head throbbed. She wanted to crush this game, but with support like that, she was lost. Her lifetime as a natural troll meant she had no clue how to salvage a doomed game—let alone against intentional sabotage.
Glancing at chat amid the chaos, she spotted HEMEND's message. Uncharacteristically, Nam Ha-neul made a snap decision.
'Mute the team.'
"Y-Yes, got it!"
She rushed back to lane and muted chat. The pissed top, troll, and feral jungler were at each other's throats now.
Osya faced Dorzan and Peno again. With Orban already at top, enemies knew she was solo.
They pressed harder now. Dorzan especially pushed the wave aggressively—almost recklessly.
"N-No..., b-but. Why isn't jungle coming...?"
At this pressure, jungle should've ganked. But support was ping-ponging top and mid sabotage, keeping jungle busy cleaning up. Rel games often lump bot together, so support fails look like ADC's fault.
Osya had to hold alone.
"Urk...!"
Nam Ha-neul's physical stat was 61—not Silver-bottom, but not 2v1 dominant. Focus could've clutched, but it was on cooldown.
She peeked chat with faint hope.
"Y-Yes!"
Spot on, she thought, following HEMEND. ADCs rarely roam mid, but Osya's mobility fit, and with wave handled +2 kills, she wasn't weak.
She shoved the wave, confirmed enemy recall, then roamed mid per advice.
2312 has been slain.
Easy pick—ally mid lacked damage but had utility/CC.
HEMEND's coaching continued.
TRIPLE KILL!
Before long, Nam Ha-neul was a 13-kill monster. No Silver player could stop her Osya.
VICTORY
Victory snatched despite the troll. Nam Ha-neul whooped in glee.
"Wheeeee—!!"
Viewers were getting hooked on her antics—quick mood swings, expressive faces, kinda funny. Plus, sharing HEMEND's coaching made it special.
HEMEND's praise sent her mood soaring.
"Heehee, heh... S-Saw that, right? I told you I'm good."
"Hehehe."
Nam Ha-neul thought, 'They're all jealous.'
After all, she'd been endorsed by the world's top pro. She pondered seriously debuting pro.
Thud.
Stream has ended.
Viewers were baffled. Some clatter, then abrupt end.
"Ah...!"
Nam Ha-neul had seen HEMEND's chat and toppled backward, yanking the power cord with her chair by mistake.
"Sniff, hngg."
Tears welled. She'd basically ghosted Hong Su-yeon's invite—like the Cherry escape.
"What?"
Hong Su-yeon sat up from her comfy bed watch. Her sharp eyes narrowed further through white hair strands.
"She saw my chat, right?"
Shed been enjoying it, but the cutoff soured her mood. She had the worst temper in the family—must-have-it personality, stubborn as hell. Parents never won against her.
"Hmph."
She killed her phone, rose calmly, left her room, and opened the next door.
Clatter.
Hong Su-bin frantically shut down his PC, fumbling glasses in panic. She sighed deeply.
"I told you not to watch porn when I'm home."
"N-No, why'd you barge in?!"
"Whatever. How's the stream? How do I make a channel?"
"...What?"
Hong Su-bin adjusted his glasses, eyeing his sister. Behind her blank face, her gaze screamed want. He'd never seen her like that—and unfulfilled.
"You... wanna stream? Said you weren't interested."
"Just try it. Quit yapping—how do I make one?"
"Hey, Hong Su-yeon. You think your bro's a joke?"
"Before I tell Mom you jerked it in front of me, just do it."
"...Go to your room, I'll explain."
"No fapping—come quick."
"Hey! I didn't!"
Hong Su-yeon ignored his yells and returned. Rewatching the end, she logged into the game and chatted.
"Pfft—"
Obvious lie. But Hong Su-yeon wasn't mad. Previous nicknames like PoopFighter, SkyPoopDuo fit. Another bathroom fib—transparent girl.
"Not a dummy?"
"I-I'm such a dummy."
Shed panicked and sent "bathroom again." Nam Ha-neul rebooted frantically, logged in—Hong Su-yeon's chat waited, and in haste, another dumb excuse.
She clutched her head in agony.
'Ugh... it'll be fine, but collab...? What...'
Thud.
Nam Ha-neul toppled again. PC safe this time. Chaos intact.
She scrambled up and typed desperately.
"Ah...!"
Just like that, she got the goddess's number.
