Tomorrow, the book will be officially released.
The first chapter will be posted after midnight.
There will be five updates tomorrow, and for the rest of the month, there will be three updates daily.
For every alliance leader who supports, there will be additional updates!
There are some activities planned for the release, like collecting avatar accessories and such.
Feel free to join in.
I’ve also set up a small event myself—vote with your monthly tickets, and at the end, I’ll pick ten people to send some zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) to, since the Dragon Boat Festival is coming up! For specific rules, please check the reader’s circle.
…
It’s been ten years since I started writing with The Era of Literature and Art back in 2014. I was just in my twenties then, carefree and full of dreams.
From being unknown to achieving some success, I’ve faced many challenges along the way.
The hardest time was when This Is Not Entertainment had to end abruptly due to poor performance.
But honestly, I’ve been quite lucky.
The Era of Literature and Art, Gu Dao Changsheng, and Starting from 1983 all saw continuous success.
This Is Not Entertainment was a stumble, but Rebirth: I Want to Surf the Waves brought me back up.
Then I stumbled again—damn it, I regret investing in short dramas!
It’s like the saying, “A decade of rain and wind in the rivers and lakes.” Ten years have passed, and I’m nearing middle age.
My perspective on things has changed a lot compared to when I was younger.
For instance, many things in The Era of Literature and Art now seem quite naive to me.
When I was writing Starting from 1983, there were also many aspects that weren’t fully developed, or I hadn’t thought in that direction.
Now, with new ideas, I’ve written this 1979. Old friends might notice the new direction, like earning foreign exchange.
I won’t say too much more.
In the end, it all comes down to gratitude.
Thank you all for accompanying me on this journey.
I’m asking for your support with the first subscription, monthly tickets, and recommendations.
The readership data has been decent.
If you’re feeling generous and want to become an alliance leader, I’d be even more grateful.
Additional updates will follow.
All I can do is work hard to keep updating and write well, so as not to let down your support.
