There's a group out there that's already translated all chapters up to like 860 last I checked. Why not just read there? Their translations not too shabby as well.
I'd say the name of the group, but I don't know how this site reacts to indirect promotion of other groups or whatever.
Hmm, if you search up "Regressors Tale of Cultivation chapter 1 we", I think you'll find them. I just did that myself, and they're the first result.
