Novel Recommendations – Dungeon/Tower Climbing & Kingdom Building

I'm mainly looking for novels where the MC either:

1) Climbs a dungeon/tower and gets stronger as the story progresses.

2)Is a noble/lord who has to develop his territory, town, or eventually a kingdom.

Basically anything with good kingdom/territory building, where we actually get to see the MC develop the place and manage it.

Would prefer something where these aspects are an important part of the story rather than just being a minor side element.
