Let Users Suggest Missing or Incorrect Tags & Genres

I've noticed that quite a few novels have missing tags/genres or tags that don't really match the novel, so I think it would be useful to have an easier way for readers to suggest corrections.

There could be a dedicated “Suggest Tags/Genres” option directly on the novel page. Instead of going through the general report page and writing a paragraph explaining what's wrong with the metadata, this could be a simple and user-friendly form.

Users could:

1) Select missing tags or genres from a dropdown/list and suggest adding them.

2) Select existing tags they think are incorrect and suggest removing them.

3)Suggest a new tag if the right one isn't already available.

These suggestions could then go to the translation team, who would have the final decision on whether to add or remove the suggested tags.

If possible, translators could also see some basic trends or analytics for these suggestions. For example, if a lot of readers are requesting the same missing tag or suggesting that the same incorrect tag be removed, the team could easily see that and review it.

I think this should be separate from the normal report system, since we're seeing quite a few issues with wrong or missing tags, and reporting each one through a paragraph-based form isn't very convenient. A dedicated system would make it much easier for readers to help improve the tagging and categorization of novels, while still leaving the final call to the translation team.
