Feature suggestion: Quest system to boost community activity

First of all, i think this forum could really pop off, and give a discussion platform safe from the fucking hounds.
1.
I would really recommend pushing the community tab more on the site, via pop-ups or other means. I think most readers don't even glance at the tab currently, I myself discovered/started regularly checking the community a week ago(and i've been using the site since it started)
2.
There does not seem to be any benefit to the current xp system, adding a quest system beyond the current xp goals, or just promoting how to gain xp(for example i did not know, till now, which exact activity gives you xp) could boost engagement.
Quests can be simple like leaving a certain number of comments, or daily login quests with monthly/weekly rewards
3.
For example, admins could give small amount of coins to the weekly trending post, giving increasing coin rewards for community levels(like 5 coins for lvl2 to 5, then 10 coins for levels 5 to 10, or some other format like a fixed number of coins every 5 levels) should boost engagement.
Not really vital to the site, but an active community would be quite fun.
