About the chapters unlocked in the previous site

Hello, I don't really keep up with what is said on discord so I wanted to ask my question here.

A few month back, when there was a change in the website and we lost our data, there were talks of a system of coupon codes made to unlock chapters that were bought before. Was it put in place ? And if so, how do I request the coupon code ? I checked quickly on a novel I put on hold until I could unlock the chapters I already bought and I didn't find anything.
